Yes, their price is good. The service is fast. BUT...you may have to return more than once to have your computer working the way you want it to. So they installed a new hard drive for about $100...and then when I turned on the computer it was still a black screen wanting me to choose operating systems. I came in and they corrected that, next thing I know, thye must not have installed the sound card or driver or whatever the thing is that makes your speakers work. So, now I will ahve to take time out of my day to go back a third time. I am sure they will be able to fix iit quickly and they are nice about it, but it really stinks they didnt just get it 100% right the first time.

As much as this place is simple as much as these guys are wonderful, My laptop was not starting at all, I went to another guy down the streat and they told me i need to replace the motherboard and will coast me almost $500, i was like nooo, then my friend refered sphinx computer to me, i went there and the place wasnt a fancy place, it was very simple the guy smiled and offered help, i showed him the laptop , once he looked at it he said that there is a problem in the usb that preventing the computer from starting up, and he said that will be covered under thier flat rate labor $60, i only believed my ears when i picked it up, i recommend this place for everybody.

This store is great!!! My laptop had a charging problem, I took it to a few places and they said it would be major work and the cost would be $150 - $200 and it would take days to get it fixed. When I took my laptop to Sphinx Computer, the guys said it would be simple to fix and he fixed it the same day for half the cost. Quick service and great prices.

Was so worried about leaving my laptop there with all of my photos and projects. The guys took good care of my "baby" and its now running smoothly once again. We had good communication and they checked with me before removing programs to do a reinstall and they saved all of my files during the process. All this for a great price.
