This place is horrible. I suppose it should have been a red flag that it is inside a dry cleaners, but I went anyway since it is less than a mile from my house. I took my ipad in for a cracked screen. When I got it back, it was fine for a day before the screen popped out of place. I took it back again and once again it was fine briefly. I took it back again and told them it was the last time I would be back there, before I expected my money back. Once again the screen popped out, but also they caused a new problem. The screen now clicks randomly and is unusable. I went in to inform them I wanted my money back, and the guy didnt remember me. He didnt apologize, and he suggested I should just get my repairs done elsewhere. I did get a refund, but his attitude was extra terrible, given the fact I had allowed them three tries at repairing a very simple problem. There was no effort at customer service at all. I should also mention that every time I took my ipad in to be fixed, it took them at least a day longer than they said it would. TLDNR VERSION: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM AND CREATED A NEW PROBLEM. AFTER 3 TRIES AT THE SAME SIMPLE FIX, ALL THEY DID WAS BREAK ANOTHER PART FOR ME TO FIX ELSEWHERE FOR MORE MONEY.

I Shattered my whole IPhone 6 screen :( I decided to give them a call and the girl who I talked to was so awesome and so helpful and I went in right after I called (around six oclock) I was able to get my phone in right away and was out the door with a fresh brand new screen and heavy duty screen protector,(which I highly recommend). While I was waiting I met another awesome staff member and I had random questions(literally had nothing to do with anything related to the situation). He went out of his way to stay(pretty sure he was clocked out) and answer all the questions I had!! This place and staff are amazing and trustworthy and just outstanding and affordable!!!!! If you are looking for a great staff and place to trust to fix/handle your electronics I HIGHLY recommend Smart Tech!!! I will be recommending everyone I know to choose them as a go to place to get your electronics fixed!! Keep up the great work! You guys are AWESOME!!!

I had the most wonderful experience! Walking into a clean and professional business, I was greeted by a helpful man who not only took care of my phone, but any questions I had with the cause of the problem. I was quoted a half of an hour for a wait time (which was nothing at all!) but I had an engagement within the hour and decided to wait as long as I could before needing to leave, with or without my phone. I did not indicate that I was in a hurry but the man fixing my phone must have sensed my matter of urgency. He came out within 20 minutes so that I was not waiting unnecessarily. My otherwise useless phone could not turn on, but the battery and screen were fixed within 20 minutes for the most reasonable price I could imagine. Best experience I have had with matters of technology. Smart Tech Repair should be proud of its employees and technicians that embody such high standards of performance. Thanks!!!!

NEVER go here for repair your electronic devices. I brought my laptop in for cleaning the keyboard due to an orange juice spilled on it there are a few keys stuck. When I brought it in my laptop still working only a few keys are stuck, they keep telling me that they were so busy and will let me know when it done. After almost 3 weeks I stopped by to pick up my laptop they told me that my doesnt power up any more and can not be fixed. I called the owner and told him about it but he told me that I have to play with my own risk for repair, they wont fix it because could not be fixed and not replace it. I brought my to ABT where I bought it, after checking they told me the motherboard and video card were broken by some one removed them so the manufacturing warranty will not apply. So my less than one year old $1700 laptop is a toss now. This is a lesson to learn I hope no one will make a mistake like me.

I wish I could give zero stars. I feel like i just wasted this star. I took my laptop to them for fixing but it came back with more problems than it had before. They lied to me about its problem when they actually couldnt diagnose it yet they charged me a diagnosing fee of 35$ that they refused to refund. They wasted alot of my time and they didnt even call me to let me know, I had to call them each time yet they kept on promising to call me back. Very unprofessional people, all they care about is money, they will keep ur laptop away for along time and not do anything to it and then lie to u about the problem and also not refund ur money. Dont waste ur time and money on these scumbags.

The owner was prompt to repair my phone. When I received my phone from getting the crack screen replaced, I noticed the screen HAD A ORANGE TINT To it. He then told me I phones have a blue tint and his was not a factory screen and "most people dont notice". Information that which should be informed before the purchase. Also When I called me a month later to get a copy of the receipt, he told me he cant send a copy of the receipt. That I will need to come in. Because he was too busy. He said "call back when Im not busy" and hung up the phone. Unprofessional, lack of responsibility. I called back once and I got voicemail. Warning to ask questions and be sure to get those documented.

Wow! SMART TECHS really knows how to provide their customers with an outstanding level of customer service! My experience with them has been nothing but stellar. I was referred to Smart Techs through a friend who had both her cracked iPhone 6 and virus infected laptop repaired there for a fraction of what others were charging. I decided to walk in without an appointment to get my cracked iPhone 5s screen repaired and literally within less than 15 minutes I walked out with what looked like a brand new phone! These guys really know how to do business. They offer lightning fast friendly service at very reasonable prices. Ill definitely tell all my friends and family about SMART TECHS.

Interesting shop that doubles as a cleaner. Great service and really helpful! However, it took two tries to fix my phone. My phones battery was having a problem in which it would die by itself once it hits below 40%. I got my battery replaced at this store but it still had the same problem. Once the battery got replaced a second time (using batteries from a new shipment they just received apparently), my phone has been working fine and the battery doesnt randomly die anymore. They didnt charge me twice either since it didnt work the first time around. Im pretty happy with the end result and their honesty!
