I stopped in yesterday without an appointment, just clomped up the steps with an old PC. I thought it either had a dead motherboard and/or CPU. Steven promptly placed it on his work bench and ran a quick diagnostic. Five minutes later...informed me I had a partially dead power supply...thats a super quick fix... I asked, "How much for the info?" Replied, "We dont charge for diagnostics" And that was that... Many, many businesses would have tried to seriously take advantage of that situation. I dislike on-line reviews but I thought it necessary to write one in this case. Steven is obviously an individual with some character. Offers flat-rate pricing for his services too. I love small businesses and I like the honest, competent ones even better... Ill be giving Computer Resource some future business.
