I have used Capital City twice in the last month. Both times I was very happy. They repaired a cracked Ipad screen fast and cheaper than the other spots in town. I dont know about you but when I cant get same day service on something like that I look elsewhere. Thats why another place lost my business to Capital City that day. Then I took 2 laptops to them a couple weeks later. They fixed my old laptop that others had said it would be just too expensive too fix for $100. I loved the advice they gave me: "fix it! If you dont want to use it, these things are going for $150 on Craigslist still. You could sell it and make $50." Thats going above and beyond. The other one had to have some major work done on it. They were very patient with me deciding whether I wanted to fix it or not. They left it opened up and waiting for me to make up my mind. A week later when I came to pick it up, there was a small misunderstanding on what was being replaced/what the cost would be. Zach, the owner, was very concerned regarding the misunderstanding and went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. That is customer service!!!! Just when I would swear to anyone that it didnt exist anymore. Oh ya - my machines are macs. They seem to swing both ways just fine - p,c. and mac!

I stopped into Capital City Computers in East Nashville this afternoon on a recommendation by a neighbor. I was having an issue with my computer that I didnt really know much about and I had tried many methods to fix it myself. I had never had a need to go to a computer repair place before and didnt really know what I was getting myself into. I spoke to Adam on the phone before I came in to let them know that I was coming and what my issue seemed to be. I had read rave reviews about Zach, and was hoping he would be available. I was only in there for about 15 minutes due to the fact that Zach knew right away what was going on with my computer simply by the model of my computer and the chief complaint! It was fixed immediately and the pricing was so incredibly reasonable compared to what I was expecting. These guys are awesome and I will be sending all of my East Nashville friends to Capital City if they ever need computer help! Thanks so much Zach and Adam! I will be back!

I am here to tell everyone about my experiences with Capital City Computers. My original problem was with a video card that went out on me, After searching for a computer repair place that was close by I discovered Capital Citys East Nashville location was very close by. As luck would have it my computer was worked on by technician Zac (sp). He got back to me very quickly and told me what was wrong and offered a simple solution. I decided to upgrade my video card , Power supply, RAM, and OS. Zac the magnificent has been there for me during the whole process. I could not have done it without his help. He would actually call me and asked how it was going. This man has gone well above and beyond in terms of customer service. I highly recommend Zac as a representative of Capital City Computers. Like with many repair needs, it is easy to worry you wont be able to trust the service provider to give you an honest assessment or to not overcharge you. You absolutely will not have to worry about these things at Capital City Computers & TV Repair. The owner, Zach, is friendly, efficient and straight-forward. He will make sure you get a great deal, and that you are completely satisfied with the work and/or the product purchased. They also offer free quotes before they do any work. Seriously Zach was the literal best. I have been putting off getting a virus off of my computer for 6 months because I had never taken my computer to a shop before. I did a lot of research before coming here for Zach specifically and was recommended by so many people. "How good can this guy be?" Well let me tell you, he is THAT good. Kind, courteous, personable are just some of the words I would use to describe his customer service. He went above and beyond, out of his way to be speedy and complete everything I needed (things I didnt even thing to ask for also). Definitely went from a skeptic to a believer here. So impressed. Thank you, thank you thank you. I honestly cannot say enough about CCC. Zach and his team are the best. I was working late on Saturday and heard my computer let out a "POP" and smoke exited the back of the computer. I was certain I was in trouble. Any other repair person would have used this information to sell me a new computer or some major repair that was not needed. I took it to Zach and for under $60.00, I was up and running and back in service. All my business info saved and back on line. I only recommend Zach and CCC and I thank them for being a place I can trust and send my wife to without worrying she will be over charged or lied to.

Zach, the owner of Capital City Computers, is second to none when it comes to customer service. He goes far above and beyond for his customers as no one else would (and I do mean NO ONE else!) He worked with my schedule to an extent that no one else ever has, when I could not get my iPhone to him during his business hours. Hes fast, a gifted diagnostician, and his prices cannot be beat. I cant say enough about Capital City Computers. With 3 locations, it makes it very convenient no matter where you live in the Nashville area. This is one locally owned small business that will always have my support and recommendation!

When a glass of wine decided to kill my hard drive, losing thousands of photos from the last 10 years of my life (no, I never backed up my computer...I didnt know that was a thing), I was told by Apple, and a data recovery place that I was out of luck. I was referred to Capital City Computers and not only did they manage to get back all my photos for a GREAT price, they were communicative and very fair. I decided to purchase a computer through them also at a great price. I recommend this place in all of Nashville hands down. They know what they are doing and arent there to take you for a ride either.
