Id give 50 stars if I could. Don, the owner, really cares about you, his customer. I brought him a dead computer and he correctly diagnosed the problem while I waited (bad motherboard). In an attempt to keep my costs down, he searched several recycle centers for a replacement. That wasnt successful so he found a replacement on eBay, ordered it and installed it, all for a very, very reasonable price. It felt great to work directly with the owner who is the same person who does the work, not a faceless technician. He was always available on the phone or in person. And it always felt like he was on my side, attempting to find the best and lowest cost solution. Theres a reason that DPC receives so many 5 star reviews. I presume that other repair shops are good, but I put DPC in the OUTSTANDING category. I was impressed, and you will be too.

I brought in a refurbed laptop that I purchased from Dell off of E-Bay. It came with the wrong disk drive and Dell wanted me to change the drive (which I did) rather than swap the laptop for a replacement. Dell Support (via phone guidance) could not get the laptop to work so rather than shipping it back to Dell I brought it to DPC and they had it running in about 30 minutes. Had I known of DPC earlier I could have bought a used laptop from DPCs inventory! They also loaded other software that I needed as well. A week later I brought in my desktop and they were able to clean up some issues and it now runs perfectly too. I like that fact that they do the repair work in a store rather than off site someplace, they have many parts on site to speed fixes. Don, the owner, has been doing this for years and is very customer focused.

Don was amazing! I was told by my geek friends my PC was toast, I dropped it off at DPC in the afternoon to see if anything could be salvaged..Don called me that evening and said he had my PC up and running like new, and he was able to restore all my old settings, documents, pics, etc. He also freed up a lot of space on my hard drive and put everything in its proper place. I had several questions on my new operating system ( I had him download windows 10) and had to call the shop 3 times, Don was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain what I was doing wrong. Thank you Don!.I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing PC repairs.
