My laptop wouldnt boot up and I took it in to see if it was worth repairing. The motherboard was junk and it wasnt worth fixing, so I was charged $60 just for the diagnoses. It took less than a day to hear back from him. Michael Kim is hard to understand because of his Chinese accent, but he is extremely nice. He offered to transfer data from my old laptop to a new laptop, and when I said I could not afford it he offered me a discount. I still didnt do it because I am a broke grad student, but it was nice gesture.

Apex Computer saved my time and my data.I also got it in the same day (exact- 4 hours). Affordable and outstanding customer service!!! The technician who came in at the same day for home service, repaired my Macbook Pro computer and also explained what was wrong with my Macbook Pro and that was very helpful. I broke my computer and I got a error message that my cooling fan wasnt working. I took my computer in to Apex and it was way worth it! Not only did he fix my cooling fan he made my computer run faster which I thought was just because it was a cheap computer. It is way better and I still have my music which he saved for me. I recommend this place to everyone! Best repair shop!

Computer would not start. They checked it out right away. Said it needed a new motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and the computer works great. They did what they said they would do, at the price they quoted, in the amount of time they said it would take. I would go back again without hesitation.
