I VERY rarely endorse businesss but have absolutely no qualms about endorsing Cudahy PC. Over the last year and a half Ive been in to talk to Sammy (owner) about problems Ive had. The first was with a laptop that most places probably would have said could be repaired and charged about $50 to tell me that. Not Sammy though. He showed me exactly why, even though it could have been repaired, it would have broken again in no time. He told me not to waste the money on it and didnt charge me to tell me that. Several times since then Ive gone to Cudahy PC for other problems with my home computer. Again, Sammy could have done things that would have cost me money but instead advised me not to spend the money and the right way to handle it. With my home computer on its "last legs" I was able to purchase a laptop from Cudahy PC for a very reasonable price. Its been a lifesaver. In fact this is what Im working on right now. I could go on with this but to try and sum this up in 1 word, I would have to say "HONESTY". I trust what Sammy tells me and plan on doing business with for years. I highly recommend anyone with computer issues or questions to go to Cudahy PC and ask for Sammy.

I came in to Cudahy PC with a Windows installation problem and found out it was actually a hardware issue causing it. Thanks to Sammy, the owner, who determined what was going on with my computer. He is very straightforward, honest and knowledgable when it comes to computers. He offered me multiple solutions for the problem I was facing and every step of the way while my pc was under his care, he text me updates as he was working on it. Sammy saved me so much time, effort and even money by troubleshooting an issue I would have never considered. You can tell he cares most about his customers and their satisfaction. He is the first technician i have ever gone to for pc troubles and is the only one I will go to from now on. Look no further than Sammy.

I live out of state and have been staying in Cudahy when my laptop began to have issues. Since it is almost 10 years old I did not want invest a lot of money on repairs. I have been driving past Cudahy PC on several occasions and I thought I would give them a call. I was very pleased with the professional service I received. I can honestly say that I have never submitted a review. After Cudahy PC worked with me to resolve issues related to a nasty bug on my computer, I felt as if I had no choice but to do so. The computer Store Owner was extremely friendly and exhibited a great deal of patience with me. I was particularly impressed with how Sammy hung with me to resolve a problem that seemed out of the norm. If you ever have a computer issue, I strongly encourage you to contact Cudahy PC! They made my favorites list!!!!

I found Cudahy PC on the internet and didnt know what to expect. What a fortunate find! My computer was not working at all. I depend upon my computer for work and had a lot of files that were unfortunately not backed up. Sammy was so professional and knowledgeable. I had just moved to the area and the fan on my computer needed fixing. I took it in on Friday and by Monday morning it was fixed. When you walk into the store Sammy makes you feel like a long lost friend. A very nice and professional man. I have told everyone I work with about Sammy and would recommend him to anyone. I took my 7 year old laptop in to be fixed, I thought that all hope was lost since it is pretty old. Much to my surprise Sammy the owner was able to fix the problems in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Cudahy PC to everyone one. Also the location is great, close to where I live and convenient. Sammy is up front and honest when it comes to dealing with customers computer issues and what needs to be done to move forward with fixes.

I got my computer fixed within a day. the staff were polite and answered any questions i had. He kept me updated on the progress, and contacted me when my computer was done, and when he looked at it he called me and told me what was wrong with it. He even cleaned up my computer for me, it was running slower.Id recommed them to anyone. Also being a clooege student i was worried about the price, it was way cheaper and done well. Took in my older model laptop that was not working...black screen horror. I wanted to check if it was fixable...the owner was great, explained the possible reasons for the breakdown. Three days later, I picked it up and it works like new! So happy to have it back and not need to have to shell out the money for a replacement. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The owner is an incredibly nice guy who explains things in an easy to understand way and provided me with probably the best customer service I have ever received anywhere, computer repair or otherwise. My 8yr old computer crashed, I took it in and they said it was the hard drive so they ordered a new one. While installing the HD they realized the computer was totalled including the motherboard. They didnt charge me for parts/labor and they found me a new computer much cheaper than anything Id get at local electronic stores. Id recommend them to anyone.
