My friend recommended this place and I gave my laptop for fixing my broken LCD screen. Laptop was working fine until the second LCD was broken. It was not dropped on the floor. My son closed the laptop with some force. After 2 weeks, I went there to get the laptop. He said they did not yet receive the parts. After a week, I got an unclear voice mail to talk about my laptop. I went there again. He said he left lot of calls and voice mails to me. But I got only one. This time, he said the Hard Drive was broken and should be replaced. I got suspicious and got my laptop back with my original hard drive. Service is very bad. They did not give any reasonable explanation why they kept my laptop for 3 weeks for a simple LCD screen replacement and say that Hard Drive also broken at the very last day. I never ever go here again and never recommend to anyone.!! I am concerned that if my hard drive private data has been compromised.

Brought in my iPad 3 and iPad 4 in for repair after calling several repair shops. These guys seemed to be the most professional, friendly and most reasonable repair shop in the area. They took in both iPads and said it should take a few days to repair. They surprisingly called me back 2 days later and they were both repaired. When I picked them up, they looked like they were never dropped and looked brand new. I will definitely use these guys in the future and refer my friends and family to them. I have family members that need iPhone and iPod repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Went to Game Time Repair for a iPhone Repair and a iPod Touch Repair. They repaired my iPhone that had a extremely cracked screen in under an hour. It looked as good as new. Once they completed the iPod they called me to pickup and that looked fantastic as well. I have a friend who has an iPad that has a cracked and I will be referring her and everyone else to GTR for all repairs. Excellent Customer Service!!

You would think a buisness that deals with technology could update their website. I spent 45 min in Fri afternoon traffic only to find out they closed the Naperville store. Went to Illinois cell phone repair on rt. 59 and got taken care of right away.
