My husband brought my sons tablet in to get repaired as the charger port was broke. I brought it in to get repaired, it took a week which was fine. But when i picked up he told me that the charging port had a red x so he charged it overnight to make sure. Paid $70.00 for repair. Took it home after my son ran up the battery i tried to charge it again it did not charge. I took it back to the Computer Nerdz and they kept it for a few days. Says it was cleaned and seemed to charge overnight. When he picked it up few days later it would not even turn on. I understand that they worked on it but at end of day. My tablet does not work still. I would understand being charged for diagnostic fees but repair job was not satisfied when it does not work still. Dont agree being charged $70.00 for it being looked at when it still does not work. I appreciate them looking at it. Just not happy when sons sad and money spent for nothing. He did recommend sending to warranty department which is helpful. But still in the hole.

I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed by a store in Milwaukee for $99. After getting it fixed I noticed that you cant see the screen if youre wearing a pair of sunglasses! It obviously was a cheap Chinese knock off instead of a legitimate Apple certified screen. I came to Computer Nerdz and quickly and easily got a legitimate Apple certified screen for the same price. I wish Id have known about this place initially and saved $99! I will be coming here for any phone problems in the future. I suggest you do the same!

I needed to find a new place that could service my laptop as it was not operating properly. I used another place on the northside for years until I moved now to Pleasant Prairie. I called The Computer Nerdz and found Eric extremely helpful and nice in quoting me over the phone. Another competitor up the street was not so friendly. Eric at Computer Nerdz took my laptop and diagnosed the problem and showed me how to work my new laptop step by step. I highly recommend THE COMPUTER NERDZ!

Have a lap top needing some repairs. Went to Erich, got everything repaired, works great, Happy wife. Needed my pc updated, got new windows 7 works way better than old one , plus follows up to see if everthing is ok. pricing is a lot better than the big name brand stores. If I have ?s I call and get answers Highly recommend him for all computer ?s and repairs

ok well first the dude is unprofessional, as he couldnt even make eye contact as he was speaking to me. I brought in my device with a minor problem and came back to a major problem and was told to pay for something that wasnt a problem when I brought it in. Wont be getting my service and you shouldnt get yours either, go to batteries plus.

Great service! He is very gifted in computer repair. He has a quick turn around time and always has operating or application"tips" for me! I hated Windows 8 until he showed me how I could use it like a "desk top environment" (like XP, which is what I was used to). His fees are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend Computer Nerdz!

Ive had to bring my desktop in several times in the last two years and theyve always been super patient and helpful. Have been slowly rebuilding the PC I got online into something that runs much, much better. The prices are very reasonabile and I understand what is being done to my machine and why.
