I just wanna start off by saying that size doesnt matter because these guys are a very small shop but when it comes to service and getting something done RIGHT, these are the kinda people you are gunna want on your side! I use to have a huge company service my laptops as a matter of fact, Im sure everyone heard of the Geek Squad from Best Buy. Well after paying them $199 to service my sons laptop and in a matter of 2 1/2 days, 5 different computer techs tells all different things, I ended up getting a call back from absolute after the hectic weekend I had with best buy because I had originally left a message for these guys to quote me, but Im always so impatient and had to get it right away instead of waiting but luckily I got my refund! Anyways, Tom from Absolute Computer Systems calls me back and in a matter of 3 minutes explains what he could over the phone and said to come on in and hed take a look so as soon as I got there, he opened it and knew right where to go for every little thing, not like these young kids that know about some stuff but not everything and the people at best buy are ALWAYS trying to upsell you but not these guys! They knew every answer I needed and bam I knew they were awesome! I went back and got my refund from best buy geek squad because they suck! And now I have absolute computer systems and wouldnt have it any other way! U just cant find honest good hearted people anymore and lets face it, a lot of us older people dont know jack about this kinda stuff so the computer companies could really rob us blind if they wanted to, but being in service with these guys, you aint gatta worry about stuff that that because they take care of ya!

I have used ACS several times over the past few years and have had great service each time. They are quick to come and retrieve my computer and even return it, plug it in, and then turn it on and show that it is in good working order. The owner Tom has even come out several times and even just for a quick pick up of the computer. Each time I have been pleased with the low cost and the quick turn around. Recently after something was fixed I called them back because my computer started to get sluggish a few days later. It turned out that it was completely unrelated to my former issue but they took time to uninstall software that was slowing me up and causing the problem. This was done for free. Their front desk is courteous and helpful and each of the technicians has been kind and easy to work with. I recommend their service to my friends in Kenosha and the surrounding area.

Beyond the Stars!!! I recently had some problems with my Mac. I took it ACS and they were wonderful. My Mac had a virus and they worked on it until it was fixed. They communicated with me throughout the process and I received a LIVE person(Megan) when I called. Being a small business myself it was important for me to be kept informed so I could make adjustments in my business. Tom, Megan and Don worked diligently until it was all was taken care of. They were very professional and highly knowledgeable in solving my problem. Their sense of humors helped in a stressful time. They even followed up to see that everything was ok. How refreshing...

Id give more stars if I could! Even though Im not in Kenosha, Tom Tassi (the owner of Absolute Computer Systems) provided me with such amazing customer service. I felt like I was getting the local royal treatment. You couldnt have a better guy to turn to when you are dealing with the overwhelm of technical difficulty. It can be so upsetting, and Tom makes you feel immediately at ease and if everything is going to be ok.... And then he makes it so!

What can I say? The entire staff, starting with Tom are just fantastic. They have solved every one of my PC issues, and I seem to have my share because I am PC challenged. They did a great job getting some info back from a few old (80s & 90s) Hard drives from old putters and onto a flash drive for me. Not rocket surgery, but you still need the right cabling and a host computer. They had it done in 30 minutes or so, at a very fair price.
