I bought a set of forged pistons from them and brought my cylinders in to have them bored and pistons fitted. I was being very picky about the tolerances I wanted between the pistons and cylinders. When I go them back I did some quick measuring and the pistons seemed too loose, so I took them back to Redline and spoke to the technician who did the job. He insisted the tolerances were correct, but I wasnt convinced. So I took them to a local speed shop and had them checked with a very sophisticated tool and they agreed that the piston fit was too loose. I then spoke to Tony, Redlines owner and he checked them himself. Although he felt they could be run with that much clearance, he agreed that there was more than what I requested. So he totally made things good. He took back the pistons I bought and paid for a new set slightly bigger and did the bore job again. This time the tolerances were satisfactory and I did not have to pay another cent. I have purchased many parts from these guys and had them perform other shop work for me. They have done great work in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend these guys for any work you need done on your bike. They are also great at getting hard to find parts for vintage bikes and prices are always competitive with the internet.

RED LINE CYCLES , A very professional business & knowledgeable techs . The services Tony has done for my bikes has been outstanding, Everything from complete engine rebuilds to minor repairs has been done extremely well. I trust him and his employees to do the work perfectly. I dont think you could find a better place to have all your services done no mater what you ride. No need to make an appointment for tires , oil changes or brakes , they can do that while you wait . If you need to buy parts or apparel and its not in stock he can get it in 1-2 days. He can get just about every make and model Motorcycle, ATV & Snowmobile parts you need in 1 or 2 days in most cases . Tony Giorno , the Owner & Proprietor Has been in the business his whole life , He is the best around. Stop in and check out the new show room of parts and apparel. Check out some of the Old bikes he has restored on show room floor. He has also brought in a line of new scooters for sale. Stop in today, you wont regret it .

Sent in a Message for Tony and his guys to take a look at a Banshee I purchased that may need a rebuild. "Tony" replied to me, and said they are slammed this week to give him a call to see if they can "squeeze me in" next week. I called to just ask a few simple questions as I am new to this, and the lady who answered the phone was completely ignorant. When all I had were a few questions such as, how long do you think it would take to fix it? How much do you think it will be? How long until you can get to it? etc.... She told me she didnt want my machine sitting there for 3 weeks not being touched or worked on and "I THOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO CALL NEXT MONDAY!!!" Really nice place huh....... Simple answers can answer simple questions, too bad they dont want good returning business... My whole family has gone thru redline, and or purchased parts from them.... So sad....

Out of all the car mechanics and bike mechanics I have left my vehicles with over the years, This one is the first and only one I have ever felt completely at ease with. I have no anxiety at all about leaving my bike with them and forgetting about it til they call me (well other than wanting to ride so bad I can feel it in my bones). They are pros. They are geniuses with old bikes and new. And there work is absolutely solid. I brought them a bike I had started work on and didnt have time to finish, along with a box of parts. They do not just put the requested part on, they also check everything reliant on that part. And when they are done it is going to be as good, if not better, than factory specs. If these guys fixed it, replaced it, maintenanced it, etc... you can count on it having been done right... and if anything fails it wont be what they did. Solid!

This will literally be the first time I have written a bad word about any business, but these clowns were literally the worst business experience I have ever ever ever dealt with. I wish I had read the post about these guys before I took my bike to them first their customer service SIKE they have dont have any customer service they SUCK its like you accidentally called your weed man. Look bottom line they have had my bike for the better part of a month and I keep getting dumb excuses on how come they havent finished it. I could kick my own ass for taking it to them. DONT DO IT if your thinking of taking your bike there DONT DO IT save yourself the aggravation and just throw the bike off a cliff. No exaggeration these guys suck

I am frustrated with this place. I like the selection of bikes for sale but there doesnt seem to be any salesmen who work here. I understand that it is mainly a parts/repair shop but you have other merchandise as well. If you want to sell it you need to approach the customer, they should never have to approach you. The 3 or 4 times Ive been here to look at bikes Ive been put off by the inattentiveness of the staff (especially since there were almost no customers in the store). The one time I did speak with someone about a bike purchase he seemed preoccuppied by something else and was trying to get me out of the door as soon as possible. Not the way to sell a vehicle, guys...

This place is great! I had a old Suzuki that had not ran in a few years and so I took it down to them. Now it runs better than it EVER HAS!! . They gave me a great deal on the parts and the labor was pretty reasonable . I really like that they made me feel comfortable for riding a Japanese motorcycle AND that they did turn me away for it being as old as it is. There is a coffee shop that you can walk to while getting a tire installed Tuesdays during the summer is when a lot of bikes gather up and down the road called two wheel Tuesdays . You can see antique to modern machines every week ! Thanks Guy for making my bike run so well! Ill be back to get a helmet!

I purchased a 1980 Kawasaki KZ440B back in March, and it needed quite a bit of work. Im new to motorcycles, so I thought Id leave the work to this shop. They installed a new battery, starter, starter clutch, and did other work too. For 650 bucks, they got my bike running like new. Theyre easy to work with, and nice guys. Only downside is they have been swamped with work this year, so I did have to wait a couple minutes here and there for service, but it was worth every minute of down time.
