I went online to try and buy a digital speedometer and found what I was looking for on the website. I paid for the product and was given an order confirmation. After about a week later my product had not arrived so I called the business and asked them where my product was. The lady proceeded to tell me that the web page was incorrect and that the price of the product was mixed up with another product and that they were unwilling to sell me the product for the price they listed on their website. She then told me they cancelled my order and would be refunding my money. No phone calls, no emails, nothing. I had to call them to find out what the issue was. I own a business with 110 employees and when one of them makes a mistake while dealing with my customers I am responsible for their mistakes even if it costs me money. That is what customer service is all about. If a painter comes to my house and spills paint on my floor the paint company is responsible for the damage caused by their employee. This "mistake" was caused by their employees or their website person not by me so they should honor the price and take up the issue with their employee. After the way this went down I wouldnt trust them to do the right thing. Use caution if you deal with these people.

My 12-yr old son ordered a kayak from Edge Extreme Sports. Two days later, I received an email that the item would not be fulfilled. I called customer service and found out they had listed the item for an incorrect price and therefore had to cancel all orders of the kayak and were not offering any discounted rate. I wish I would really have read the reviews before I placed the order, as I wouldnt have purchased the kayak through them, since this seems to be an ongoing problem. I would never attempt to buy anything from this company again! If you are reading this, I encourage you to shop somewhere else.

Edge extreme / cao distributing / edge leather - Took my stock on consignment out of good will, never paid for goods. Took $xxxx order and failed to deliver. Decided to go bank rupt leaving me with a $xx,xxx loss. They knew they were going under and tried to squeeze an extra large order in the process. They washed the money through here. Alex Gorokhovsky your a crook!

I ordered a dock box a week ago and gave them my credit card. After a week nothing has happened and no updates. The item cost about $1000 and I dont know if it will ever be processed. I have also called sales and customer service about 15x at different times and days and no answer. Also failed to respond to my email. Avoid this company!

I ordered a pair of $500 saddlebags for my Harley 11 days ago off their website, and paid for 3 day shipping. No delivery yet, and none of their phones are working properly. All of them go to a fax line. Even tried sending them a fax with my number to contact me. NOTHING!!!!!! Is this even a legitimate company?

Basically they take your money for products they do not have in stock, their policy is to refund immediately for back-ordered items, yet they dont refund anything and they take about 2 WEEKS to respond to an email! Joke of a parent company too, The Oil Hub!
