First and foremost I bought my BMW 330 zhp because it was what I wanted and since I am 1500 miles away I took their word for it that it was ready to go...so I have no one to blame except for myself however it arrived and the radio was not working of course they said it was when my garage took it out for repair it had green corrosion on the connections so it had water damage it was a $650 repair, the dvd for the navigation was missing of course they said when the car left it was there then the check engine light was on and would not pass emmissions in CT several emissions control hoses were rotted and needed replacement this I can except the worse was I had a flat tire about five miles from home and there was no spare in the trunk so it was a hassle to get towed oh and the tires were worn alot more then 50% which I was not told about...I e mailed my salesman although he was sympathetic two months later I still have no spare tire that he said he was working on getting one a spare used is in the $400 range...oh and it came with only one key and BMW keys are $289 because they are coded...beware!

I purchased a Mini Cooper S in April of 2012. Exactly 90 days after purchasing the car my engine ceased up. Lucky Motors took no responsibility. Thousands of dollars later, the motor on my car and several other parts under the hood have been fixed and it is running. Lucky motors also promised me a new radio because the radio did not work and an owner’s manual, which I have never received. I took the car to my local Mini dealership who told me that it also has the wrong type of tires on it and that the brakes are metal to metal. I found an ID badge from the previous owner under the driver seat who lives in FL where the car came from. Contacted her only to find out that the car had water damage due to a storm, they knew this information but sold me the car anyway.

I got great deal on a car that Im really liking. On the service side, I let the battery drain playing with all of the new toys in an 2005 A6 that I had just purchased from them and then leaving the lights on over night. For some reason the radio wouldnt work once the battery was charged back up (fm and am wouldnt even display on the MMI). Called them up and they said that they would look at it, it was a puzzler, they called Audi and Audi had no clue. After an hour the head mechanic figured it out with it having to do with the radio communicating to the antenna - they fixed it and at no charge. I was treated like I had just bought a new car from them and not a used car with 118,000 miles on it. These guys know and care about cars.

I bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from them. The sales guys were friendly, but they are typical used car salesmen. The vehicle was overpriced, but it was exactly what I wanted so I paid more than I should. It had wheel locks on it and they did not have a key. Gave me a "We Owe" to remove the old locks and put new ones on. Never came through and it cost me a hundred bucks to have it done. Also, the vehicle was reported to be in pristine mechanical working order. I took it to my mechanic and it cost me 1400.00 worth of work to get it up to par. I would not buy another vehicle from them.

I had bought a used car from Lucky Motors and I would like to tell everyone how good of an experience that I had with them. Right when I pulled into the lot I was greeted with a great customer service agent. He helped me with all my questions and concerns and never tried to up sell me. I love the car the I got. I cant sing their praises enough.

There was an old, bold fart(salesmen), didnt even gave as a time to look at the car. BMW x5. He wanted for us to buy a car in 5 minutes. We couldnt even take the car for a test drive. Nobody buys a car that way, You have to try it first. But that fart just made a BIG BIG mistake, his lose. We went to different dealership and bought a car)

Nice car but money hungry from the top down. If you have a problem good luck. Not like the luxury motors they appear to be with the old luxury motors staff.

Buyer beware! Lucky motors never keep any promise made to you, once they get you to agree to buy, they dont care about anything else. DONT BUY HERE!
