Just Bad Business!!!! This is my first review but not my last. Yay for me! The guy told me over the phone that they service Roketa scooters and I brought it all the way there to be flatly refused any kind of help. It has problems starting and thank God I was lucky enough to get it started to drive it back home. You have a repair shop and you pick and choose what you service or not? What kind of business is this? I can understand if they dont want to repair it but not to even look at whats causing the issue is another thing. I believe they should rethink their business model and look up the meaning of repeat customers. Hint: see below. Any customer that returns for more is known as a repeat customer, and it is often said that it is five to ten times cheaper to keep a customer than to get a new one. I will be taking my repeat business elsewhere.

This place sucks! If you are a scooter guy or just an avg guy who wants to purchase a scooter this is not the place. This is a tiny store with no used bikes. They cary one brand TGB and it isnt a top line brand or a well tested brand! The service dept is a joke its a garage door with a bike lift and some oil. they couldnt even find another customers oil cap in the bike last time i was in there! Do you really want to trust these guys with your money? Do the safe thing go to an established scooter store there are plenty in chicago!

I bought a Sachs Madass 125 from them about a month ago. I cant say enough about how painless the experience was not to mention how nice the folks over there were to me. Terry, the salesmen, was very helpful. He walked me thru all the features of the bike and I was surprised to get a phone call from him 2 weeks later checking in on me to make sure I was still happy with the purchase and invite me to go on a cruise/bbq with a few other customers and the owners. They certainly got a loyal customer out of me!

Took a Tomos scooter to City Scooters twice for repairs. First time went slow, but okay. Second time, they got the scooter in June, and "Josh" and I fought via phone over the MONTHS going by w/o parts, or...a CALL. Finally, in November, we hacked out a deal in which they kept the damaged scooter and paid us an amount to cover its cost. May work for some, but I find them horrible with staying contact, and generally sloppy in how they conduct business. Would never venture near the place for sales or service.

I was in there yesterday to do a scooter rental to get my "M" class license, top notch service and overall caring of the customer. They let me practice some before heading over to the DMV and made it a quick and painless way to get my "M" class. I definitely recommend this service if you want to be street legal. Both Eric and Karl are knowledgeable about what they are selling, its a nice small shop to go to if you ever want a scooter.

Very knowledgeable staff and I was not there for too long. Prices werent too bad I got a used Keeway scooter which feels very solid and this thing goes. They also made sure I could ride the scooter which based on what their "test" scooter looked like a LOT of people think they know but just run into fences...no pun intended. Either way, I would recommend these folks to all you folks because its a nice folksy place ;) -Tudor

Excellent place to rent a scooter and get instruction time to prep for the M class riding test. Eric is an excellent teacher, and their location (right next to the dmv) makes the process quick and painless. Scooters and Hyosung motorcycles for sale as well at very attractive prices for a beginner

I highly recommend this place if you trying to get your M licences. Eric is a wonderful instructor. He went though all the driving part, when he felt I was ready to take the test we went to the dmv in the scooter I was practicing. I pass the test with flying colors

I had a tune up done on my scooter around a couple weeks ago and scooter is running better than ever b/4. Eric and Josh were excellent and informative. Dont recall mechanics name, but kudos to you man. You did a fine job on my bike.
