When things go wrong, no one at corporate helps you... Ordered an exterior door. Had to fight with MasterCraft to get it replaced when defective brand new. No one at the store would even talk to me. I hate to write a letter to MasterCraft. THEN MC tried to make me do repairs! On a new door telling me it was the warranty terms! Unbelievable. I didnt buy a defective door brand new to have warranty work done BY ME! They wanted me to fix it by sending parts. They finally re-ordered the door. After 4 times, they still cant get order without defects. Now they want their merchandise back (installed door), and wont refund me when collecting my door. I am to let them take the door back to the store, and WAIT for a check. The business is so dirty, I do not trust them at all to do that! Call corporate and no one talks to you. They tell you only write them. That a business that deserves to go out of business! Stay FAR AWAY. If you notice, there are no product reviews on their website because most of them would be 1 star!!!! And they know it.

I dont know how I can be the only one to find cheap low quality with Menards. If your looking for CHEAP this is the place to go But keep in mind you get what you pay for. My other issue is that listed sale items are almost never on the shelf. Their rebate program is set up to guarantee the money you spend always stays in the store. Remember the days when Wal-Mart advertised MADE IN THE U.S.A.? Now you never see that. Menards is just like that what they have now for a store is only going to get worse. Do yourself a favor spend the extra cash pay for quality spend you hard earned money with a company that cares about the hard working American man/woman.

Why if I purchase an item thats a 100 dollar value ,tall and thin and wont fit in a 15% off bag without bending it and you buy an item thats $100 but will fit into a bag bursting at the seams you get $15. Off and I get nothing off. That my friend is wrong.

We are opening a new store in Burlington and John in the paint department has given us exceptional service. I am able to call in my order for paint and supplies and he handles us professionally and we never seem like a burden. Nice Work John.

Im from the New Jersey area and I only get to Burlington Wisconsin once or twice a year. But I make it a point to do some shopping at Menards because I always find something interesting for a great bargain. I wish we had one closer to my home.
