Wow what a terrible experience. Failed on multiple promises. Dont understand systemic results of what turning a small businesss revenue a way. The DM Lou and Store manager Brooke have no business sense and what it actually takes to build a business. Its unfortunate but their decision has been made to not do business with us. Not because we are arrogant or pushy, but because our revenue ( which is very substantial) doesnt fit their"best practices"! Specifically cutting boards to size. So because of their decision of indifference to our business needs we are forced (not our choice or decision) to find another vendor. The resounding effects may not dent their fiscal performance, but as my business grows to over 1mm in revenue ourselves I still cannot fathom how it is good business to turn us away! Rant over.

This store rating is poor - fair because there is not a lower rating. Dont get me wrong I love Home Depot, but not this Home Depot. My wife and I drove there from Crivitz to get materials for a project, the only associate in the store that was friendly was the greater. From there on in it was crap. I shopped the Home Depot in Kohler for many years, this store needs to get some lessons from them. We left without buying a thing and went to Menards and spent $500. Dont bother to walk across the street to shop there unless you want to be treated without respect.

Poor customer service. "The left hand doesnt know what the right hand it doing." We bought a washer and dryer...were told that they would be delivered on the 5th. Got a phone call and said it would be delivered on the 4th. Called GB and the next person said, "No, the 5th" We were told they would call on the 4th to let us know what time they would come. No call on the 4th, so called there again. Delivery guy went home and no one even knows if they are coming for sure tomorrow. I will NEVER do business with these people again.

Our old fridge went out tonight so went to Home Depot and bought a new one! They even had options in stock if we werent so picky. Ryan, one of the managers, did great job helping us out to make sure we were taken care of by the gentleman in the appliances Dept who was very informative. Then at check out Tommi was very friendly and helpful to look up our card. Looking forward to my new appliances!!

Versus the competition (Menards)...Home Depot wins hands up in the online order category. No extra fees to pull your merchandise, always prompt service, and for those heavy items you can count on having some young muscles helping get your order loaded. For us older guys that just cannot go aisle to aisle anymore, online with Home Depot is the perfect win-win solution to that situation for sure.

Go toMenards! The Home Depot is so big, they do not care about the customers, or the jobs that they do! The Home Depot delivery guy ran into my house. They refuse to pay for the damage, which is less than my deductible. I have been calling for months about this, and get nothing but the run around. I will never go to Home Depot again. I hate the Home Depot!

my husband and i went in to buy new appliances for our home. alexis, in appliances, was SUCH a huge help. she had answers to all of our questions and suggestions based on experience but also reviews of other customers. she was so helpful, and patient with us. i could not have asked for better service!

Please be aware of the prices on the products you purchase. Each time I go here, they have at least one price loaded wrong (they price it higher than the price at the product). However, excellent service, their POS, not so. Too much time wasted.

Horrible costumer service. No one would make eye contact with me or offer me help. The only worker that talked to me was my cashier and he was very nice. Everyone else looks like they hate their lives. And dont want to help you.
