Marty to the rescue!! Needed a new grill, went Charcoal! Purchased a Factory Sealed "Weber 22"inch Original Kettle Premium Copper" and it came with all the opposite color handles and ash catcher!?!??!?!? Marty gave us the best service and trust that from hear on out, Home Depot in Algonquin is the place to get the service needed, Thanks Marty!!

James N. in carpeting and flooring was extremely helpful with our carpet and blinds. Great kid, works hard. Only downside was the lack of help in this department. Many more customers than people to help. He was trying to help 3 other customers while working on our blinds, carpeting and special order. Thanks James.

You are either getting bombarded with "can I help you" every 15 seconds or cant find a sole to help you. How bout a happy medium? The isles in lumber are constantly full of random crap that makes it impossible to load your cart. If you need anything on a top shelf.... forget about it.

The person trimming and helping with the Christmas Trees on this weekend (Dec 4-5) is the most friendly & helpful person I ever meet at Home Depot. People like him should be managers!! He was able to greet and smile to every customer while we were there! Great job!

It can be hard to find staff at time but I have never had a bad experience. I rented a rototiller last week and because of a payment issue when I returned the rental they didnt charge me at all. It was a very nice gesture by this Home Depot.
