I brought a white shag rug in to be cleaned and, although their method and equipment seems to be state of the art, they just couldnt get it back to its original bright white (Im not sure anything would be able to). But they offered a full refund, and ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES Ive had with a small business. Im pretty confident that if a job can be done, Adair can do it. If it cant, they will also make it right.

My sister was trying to get flooring from them and 3 employees quotes the flooring for $6.50 a square foot. So my brother in law went to order and suddenly the price went from 6.50 to $12.99. Really!!! They went and got the same exact flooring for $6.50 from another company. Just goes to show when you stab someone in the back you lose!
