NO RETAILER CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS I MET YET. THEY JUST GO THRU THE DAY TILL ITS OVER. NONE OF H.D. STORES ARE STAFFED WITH INTELLIGENCE ANYMORE OR STAFF WHO SMILES ESPECIALLY THE BILOXI STORE WHERE ONLY ABOUT 2 PEOPLE WORK IN STORE OTHER THAN AT DESK ----SITING ON THEIR A---! BLACKS ARE RUDE AS HELL LIKE THEY CANT GET FIRED BECAUSE OF. TYPICAL LOUSY SERVICE THESE DAYS. STICK A DUSTER IN THEIR HANDS AND DUST OR GET DOWN THE STREET SO A PERSON NEEDING A JOB CAN GET ONE. BILOXI STORE HAS ABOUT HALF WHAT I NEED. ATLANTA FALCONS OWNER OWNS HOME DEPOT & HE NEEDS SOME GOOD MANAGEMENT AS PLENTY OTHERS WANT A JOB. PERFORM OR PISS OFF! POOR EMPLOYEES EACH HAVE TO HANDLE ABOUT 6 DEPARTMENTS SO NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW MUCH BUT HOW COULD THEY. I WOULDNT SMILE EITHER UNDER SLAVE CONDITIONS, WANNA SEE AMERICA ATTITUDE & WHY WE ARE WHERE WE ARE???? GO TO ANY RETAIL OUTLET.

Purchased a new refrigerator on Tuesday. Delivery scheduled for SATURDAY?! Okay, no fridge, okay, SATURDAY. Im told at 10:30 SATURDAY morning to expect it between 11-3:30..... No fridge. I call FSA Delivery (who suck)....Oops, "someone got the wrong time".... Okay, now when? 3:00-7:00..... Probably later so 5-7:00. No fridge. I call back at 7:00. "They are on their 11th stop and will be there in 45 min. No fridge. I call back at 8:30 and FSA delivery is closed. Nice. So now its 9:13 PM and who knows if I ever will have my fridge delivered. How it works out better for you.

Recently went shopping (again) at this location. Always a great experience however at check out I was yet to be impressed with Home Depots service again. This ladys name was Gabby. Never saw her there before however, her infectious and bubbly personality during checkout left a good impression. My grandson absolutely loved this lady and raved about her as we walked out of the store. Its always refreshing to be treated well by store employees no matter where you go. Home Depot never comes up short in service. Please extend a special thanks to Gabby.

We went into store for fence /install pricing.Was put into the system and was told we would be contacted. About 4 days later I was called and tried to set up a meet to have fence priced.We were told the they would check to see when we could meet.A week later I received a call from them not knowing anything about our prior call. So to make it easy,I gave them my address and was told that they would go to my new home and measure.That was 3 weeks ago.Never heard anything back.They just lost my business.......

Tony and Colette were great, but the 15 other associates that passed me without asking if I needed help were not. I even saw an employee wearing earbuds. I work for a plumbing supply / showroom out of town and customer service is very important to our business. Home Depot has great prices but if your customers cant get help they will go somewhere else.

I waited around the electrical department for 45 minutes not one person was willing or able to help me I needed a hundred foot of the 6-3 underground wire that is a lot of money they just threw out the window my company spends at least $100,000 a year on material and every bit of it will be going to Lowes from now on

i usually find the items i need and prices are always within budget. finding help is time consuming at times but it is usually because associates are helping consumers and giving that consumer the personal time needed to complete their objective...thank you home depot...

The service and staff are good but the variety of items is limited. HD is great at providing certain brands. So if you know what you want is here, you are set. But if dont know what you want, you may want to do some research first.

Personally I prefer Lowes. HD isles in my opinion are to close and often cluttered. Employees are sometimes hard to find though are helpful when found.
