This has been just an awful experience. I dropped $9K with these guys -- a competitive price for the job but certainly enough money that I should be treated like a valued customer. The guys they send out dont work for Jordan, they are independent contractors who dont care what you think of Jordan after the check is collected. The sales rep Scott agreed they did some poor work and told me he would get somebody out to my house. One year later and about 30-40 conversations later do I have any of this work done? Nada! Feel good phone calls and missed appoints is all I got. I am now working with Bruce who seems to be taking much better care of me. I hope to one day have this job completed in a proper manner...

I just cant say enough good things about these folks. We replaced carpet and tile with fantastic looking laminate flooring from Jordan, and it looks great! Great price, and their installation guys were awesome. They were the most professional Ive ever seen, and completed the job in just 2 days, and that included having to rip out old tile from the kitchen! I highly recommend Jordan over the chain home improvement stores, because the installation crews attention to detail was amazing.

This was the worse Job you can see seams, they even left a piece of padding out and every time you walk theirs a hole you feel. I called them and they came out and brought a man who said he was the owner and look at the Carpet and said they couldn’t do anything to fix it because it was the carpet fault. We hadn’t found the missing padding at that time. They don’t back up their work and I wouldn’t let them put carpet in my house even if they did it for nothing. Kenneth Taylor

Jordans came and re floored my entire home but one room. Its all having to now be re done. They were the least expensive, now we know why. Did I really have to give them a star at all? :(
