Tried to get a quote for new cabinets and counter top for a kitchen remodel. Someone came out to measure the kitchen (Depot charged $50 for this). Then ...nothing. No plans, no calls, no emails. Went back to the store 3 times and got the runaround on why it is taking so long. Waited 3 weeks. 4 weeks, more calls......finally after 6 weeks I called the store manager. He said he would have someone call me back. Nothing again. Another week went by. Went back to store and demanded my money back. What a huge waste of time. I can’t find one time during this experience when someone from Home Depot actually did what they said they would. Dont waste your time with these guys find a professional company who knows what they are doing.

I stopped at the West Bend location to purchase a pressure washer. Only one box on the floor that was extremely damaged. Upon asking an employee I was told that they could not get down a box from the top shelf. When I asked if they could get someone that would be able to do that I was told they went home early today and we have no one to operate the lift. They then turned their back on me and proceeded to do the stocking on the shelves that they were doing prior to me approaching them. I felt this employee was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I dont think Im going to ever be returning to that location. Management needs to do a serious look at their employee/ customer relations.

More helpful than the menornonee Falls location. They will take you to the right isle every time. I have had some trouble, but then I ask someone else for help.
