by far the worse dealership and unprofessional people I have ever delt with in my life!! I had to ride up there do to a SUV my wife wanted to buy she was in love with , I went to sign the papers and they had my wife paying a 21% INT Rate , none of the car chargers outlets worked the shifter knob was taking off and repaired , needed new tires, the sunroof never opened and closed properly and I was so upset with this man there trying to rip my wife off like this I threated to punch him in the mouth !! this guy calls the cops on me and goes downhill from there this all happened not to long ago and we are a military family they ripped us off big time cause my wife got stuck with the payments cause she is not the smartest one in the sea but they ripped a veteran family off and had no remorse about it. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS KEYSTONE OPERATION THE HAVE GOING HERE, IF I WAS A MILIONARE I WOULD HAVE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IN THE COURTROOM THEY DO DIRTY THINGS TO MILITARY FAMILYS THINK WHAT THEY WOULD DO TO YOU REALLY RICK NICHOLS

They will get your purchase financed, even with questionable credit, after that, well its a crap shoot. Extended warranty, not worth the paper it is written on. Our vehicle has been in for repairs almost as much as it has been on the road, thus far, only one item has been covered? And that has been a month long nightmare. We have gone from "we stand behind what we sell" to well, you know we do not build them, we just sell them". Tried to trade this fine piece of machinery, but was told that until the needed repairs were made, they would not be able to trade it. Right back where we stared. But they will get you financed. One star, had to in order to post this

Ive only ever purchased two cars, the first time it was a private sale. This is the first time I bought from a dealer of any kind. They just happened to have a vehicle pretty close to what I wanted. I found dealing with them to quite easy going, although they were pretty firm on their price and I think I slightly overpaid, the buying process was very simple. Ive had a couple issues with the vehicle, however its nothing they could have known about before so I dont blame them. Limited warranty only covers 25% of parts and labor, but redeeming the compensation was very easy. Ill update this as I continue my dealings with them.

Purchased vehicle from them on a Saturday. Was told that they would call my insurance company with vehicle info Monday morning first thing. As of Tuesday late afternoon, my insurance company had to idea I had purchased another vehicle. I called cascade to notify them that they dropped the ball. I was told the salesman was off Tuesday so I would have to call. After I told him that we were promised that Monday cascade would take care of all of it, the man told me forget it that he would call my insurance company then he hung up on me. Customer service?? What happened to honoring your word?

Phil and joe at cascades auto are top notch honest guys. They treated my wife and i like family and werent pushy at all. I went in dreading the salemans pitch. And we didnt get it. Straight forward honest hometown feel. And they have a great selection of used cars in good shape. Honestly the best car buying experience ive ever had. Id give them 10 stars if possible. Buy a car there you wont be dissappointed.

Should be called cascade LEMON auto sales dont waste your time gave this place 2 chances i refuse to refer anybody here unless u want a experience from hell if they need to fix your car for more than a day they dont even offer you a loaner your just stuck without a car until there finish word of advice try carmax or a professional dealer not these lemon heads
