We bought a used 07 Xterra 4X4 from here last night! We had a great buying experience via the internet. Our salesman was Preston Perry & he was very punctual & polite the whole time. They got us the APR we wanted & brought the price down to where we wanted it. The only problems we had was the vehicle was advertised to have a tow package and it didnt when we got there. Unfortunately we never asked him to check just to make sure it did! So my advice to you is if you are driving a good little distance, make sure the sales rep double check everything that is on your "Got to have" list. They did however discount the price $200 to help with the cost of a tow package. Some of the staff stayed well past operating hours to assist us, they were very patient & pleasant. All together the transaction maybe took 45 minutes. Thats including the test drive.By far the LEAST amount of time Ive spent when buying a vehicle! The Xterra was detailed beautifully & looked like a new car.And by detailed I dont mean with greasy ArmorAll, they actually took the time to make the SUV immaculate. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to have a full tank of gas when we left to leave. This is something we had to negotiate in our last buying experience with a used truck. The oil had also been changed. Im completely satisfied with my experience at the dealership. This has been the first experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle & not wanting to rip my hair out!

I appreciated most that they didnt wast my extremely valuable time with trying to sell me something else or pushing a deal that wasnt right for me. They listened to me! That is the highest compliment I can give any organization. I had a car gurus alert set for months for the car I wanted. When I saw the listing on-line I filled in the blanks and pressed send. I was contacted that evening and the following morning. I explained that I was very familiar with the car make and model but it was the deal with which I was concerned. Mike took a llof my information over the phone in the middle of a hectic day of meetings and errands. They handled everything. He e-mailed me (my preferred method of ocommunications) a few hours later and told me to come in. They had the deal set up for me. A quick test drive and some paper work with a few items I needed to follow up on and away I drove with my new-to-me car. EVERYONE was friendly and most importantly effficient.

I have been coming to this dealership for 12 years now and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! The Service department is second to none! They will get you in and out and are always honest about what is going on if there is a problem and they never take advantage of any situation when it comes to the cost of repair! The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and considerate of your needs and especially your time!!! In this day in time- it is very hard to find a business that understands what makes it successful! Rippy knows that they are successful mostly because of their customers and they always prove to you how thankful they are and how much they appreciate your business! They treat you like family! I live in Raleigh now but still bring and will continue to bring my truck to Rippy for service, inspection, or any problems I may be having with it!

I recently purchased a vehicle this past Monday from them, my sales consultant was Dave Barrow. I submitted a credit app online early in the morning and he called me a couple of hours later and the office staff jumped right into it and started moving forward and by the time I arrived that afternoon, I spent maybe 45 minutes in the office before I drove off with my new car. Just so everyone knows I wasnt in haggle mode. If the dealer has a fair price on the vehicle and its within reason then ill buy it. We did make a minor adjustment to my trade value. All in all I was very pleased with Dave, the F&I guy and my overall experience with Rippy. While they specialize in Cadillacs, I bought a used BMW. I would recommend them and Dave as a sales consultant. Hes whats called good people. Id buy from them again.

We had a very delightful experience related to our purchase of a new Cadillac XT5. Eric Hartley was wonderful to work with. Not high pressure, just the right amount. Answered all our questions very accurately. And he went through all the features and electronics. If you want a Cadillac, go to Rippy and look up Eric for your own great experience. By the way, the XT5 we got is a fabulous ride. Quality execution throughout. Dont listen to the few raters that say the vehicle is underpowered. They are all rating from a racers perspective. The 320 hp is all you need and the Fuel Economy numbers show its a winner by comparison.

Great Service Best in Wilmington The Service department is first Class. I was referred here by a family friend after I had some problems with my old Jeep. Jerry Todd Jr. the service manager is so honest it is really refreshing. Recently the electronic ignition they had installed went bad, I was glad to hear that the part was covered under warranty and had assumed I would pay the labor to install the warrantied part. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep I was told the entire job was free of charge. Thank you to everyone at Rippy you guys are the best with real old fashion integrity!
