I am one of those people who never leave reviews for anything. But the extraordinary service at this shop made me change my mind. I came in the other week to get flowers a day before the 2 year anniversary of my girlfriend and me. I asked if I got a bunch of my girlfriend’s favourite flowers delivered to her address with a card attached to it. After I mentioned that I studied in Seoul, Korea a couple of years ago, we started chatting about living in Korea for some time and I got free chocolate with the flowers as service. The shop owner also offered free delivery service for the flowers on a specific date and time. To keep it short, my girlfriend loved the flower arrangement. Best choice for an anniversary gift. Service: 5/5 Delivery on short notice: 5/5 Value for money: 5/5 PS: As you can probably tell from my spelling, I am European. I lived in major cities around the globe but never experienced such a wonderful service before. I will not only get my flowers arrangement for my loved ones from this shop in the future, but I also recommend this flower shop to anyone!

I ordered flowers for a friend whose father had passed away. Heaven Scent neglected to include the card that was to convey my message of sympathy. The arrangement also didnt show who the flowers were from. When I called to inform them of this, the owner first blamed her employee for the mistake. The she said she could have the card delivered today. I said I had already conveyed my sentiments when I called to see if my friend had received the arrangement. The owner asked what else she could do and I suggested a partial refund for the mistake. Surprisingly, she said she could go pick up the arrangement and give a full refund! To even consider that taking a flower arrangement back from the bereaved would somehow rectify the situation?!? Heartless and petty. When I pointed this out, she suggested a 10% refund. I said Id rather go post a personal review so others are aware of the poor customer service and complete lack of empathy for the bereaved.

One of my favorite florists in Vancouver! The shop is always kept clean and tidy, and never fails to give kind and friendly service. For one of the high school dances, my date and I ordered our corsage and boutonniere from here. The flowers were so delicately and intricately placed, I was very impressed by their beautiful and classy look. I cant wait to come back to buy more flowers, thanks again!

The shop has a large and adorable selection of gifts and souvenirs to offer to customers. The store owner lady is very sweet and accommodative. I like my bouquets made in a specific way with certain color combinations, and depending on the seasons, she always has a way to make satisfying bouquets. The owner often has good suggestions for what flowers go well together.

I have always been able to obtain beautiful arrangements on time, even on short notice. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the flowers, and I recommend this florist to anyone.

DONT BOTHER! The owner will try and sell you something sitting out for who knows how long. I found that the owner didnt want to take my order instead she wanted me to pick something already made out. ( Not to mention the already made arrangements were not so great), Customer service? There is none.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers but they didnt process the card correctly, so my wife didnt get them. When I called back they said they had tried to call me, but that was not true as I had 0 missed calls. Wont make the same mistake of using them again.
