The Ladies that helped me pick the bouquet have impeccable taste. They went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. They treated me as a guest not just a client. Delivery was on point and when my Mom opened the door, the lady that delivered the flowers gave a feeling as if it meant as much to her as it did to Mom & I. The bouquet was the definition of exquisite!! Every flower, every petal, and the arrangement was done with care and looked like something you would see in a homes and garden magazine. The pricing is worth every penny. The bouquet appearance is worth double the price I paid for. The all around experience was excellent. The service I received left me feeling as if they did me a bigger favor then I am aware of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Ladies that helped me. To see my Mom and my most favorite person in the world to be so happy on her birthday means the world to me. You guys are the ones behind the scene making it happen. You made my Moms bday & you truly made her feel special!!! Thank God for your talents LOL. Also thank you for helping with the wording on the card. She teared up when she read it. My Father was shocked when he saw the bouquet and full of smiles. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate for my Moms special day even with it being on short notice.

BAD SERVICE! I dont like giving businesses a bad rating but due to the experience I have had with this florist I felt the need to warn people. I ordered flowers early Thurs morning through teleflora for a good friend who lost her best friend with the promise they would be delivered that day. Flowers were delivered after our business hours, delivery person found an employee leaving and dropped the flowers with her. The recipient had left for the week and was not returning to the office until Monday. On Monday the flowers were wilted so they were thrown out. I didnt want her to see wilted flowers. I wrote to teleflora to let them know what had happened and how disappointed I was, after 2 follow up emails I was promised a new delivery (on Tuesday) - the delivery man showed up with the flowers and asked for the old flowers back! Who does that? The replacement flowers were delivered, with no note card. This was such a mess and I felt terrible. I will not be doing business with this florist nor will I recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, The Flower Express (a local flower shop) is being mistaken for an order gather company. This is a small shop with great staff and arrangements. The way order gather companies work is they find a name close to your business name so they come up in your search on google. Those companies take at least 20% of the money you spent just to take your order, THEN they ship the order off to someone else to fill. I have seen some reviews that absolutely are not The Flower Express. Hopefully the public will be able to catch on soon to this. The Flower Express prides itself on customer satisfaction and the owner Debbie will personally take care of any complaints if there is something that happens. This is a fantastic florist and I would recommend calling personally always and speak to a live person. This way anyone can can find out if they are speaking directly to a "REAL LIFE FLORIST". All of the money you spend will actually go to the flowers and not to someone sitting at a call center.

Great service, timely and competitively priced! I called this florist directly after calling several others in town looking for lavender roses for a gift. They took the time to go through everything that was freshly purchased that morning trying to find the very unique and scarce lavender colored roses. Everyone else in town just told me that they had not seen lavender roses in a while and that I wasnt going to find any. The bouquet that was delivered was beautiful and striking! They did a great job and the roses and greens are great quality. Not sure why others had issues with this florist, they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and delivered it on time and in perfect condition. I also prefer buying direct from the florist vs. Teleflora or FTD etc because in my experience things often get mixed up with the big companies delegating the orders to the florists. So just call them up direct, this is a great locally owned small business that cares about their product.

CHECK THE REAL REVIEWS ON YELP!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!! After not realizing that i payed them 140 dollars for 80 dollar flowers! I called and immediately tried canceling the order! There response was, to cancel during delivery. Delivery was supposed to be at 5 pm. The flowers arrived around 11pm without out my knowledge. I stayed up late waiting for them! FYI, You could get the same flowers at your local grocery store for about 20 bucks!!!!! Tried getting a hold of billing department for 3 days to no avail!!! They kept hanging up!! Finally got hold of a really nice guy that was very promising. Said someone would call to pick them up by 5 pm. And we would receive a full refund!2 days later still nothing!!!!! There refund policy does not mean a damn thing!!!!! Gonna try the bank to dispute it! They dont even deserve a star!!!!!!!!!!

You will always get beautiful floral bouquet .You will have a florist that listen to your needs and wants of a design, color, style. with delivery to many location. Not only when you walk into to Flowers Express will you find wonderful colorful bouquets you will find a boutique style shop with many different and unique pieces and items for all .They have a perfect balance of boutique items, plants and floral . And as always customer service is the top of the list .

Purchased the larger bouquet based on the picture and description of the flowers for my moms birthday. My mom sent me the photo when it was delivered and I would say that Im a little disappointed with the arrangement for what I paid for it. If I lived closer, I couldve gotten a better arrangement purchased from a grocery store. The description of the flowers did not match was was sent. In all honesty, I never write negative reviews but this was a huge disappointment for me. I wont be ordering from here again.

I when to the flower express in Vancouver Washington at 830 am to order flowers for my wife and told them about some I seen on line in the shape of a hart. When my wife got her flowers by 11 am they were in a shape of a hart I did not even ask them to make them like that that was just what I wanted thank you I will keep going back to them I have been going to them for about 5 yrs
