We ordered an arrangement via their main web site and set it up to be delivered on Mothers Day. They (Vancouver Store) called us a night before to inform us they would not be delivering because they had too many orders. Not even a hint of an apology. Then the day after Mothers Day they charged my credit card more than the actual price quoted on the web site at the time of order. Three days after Mothers Day they left a small basket on the doorstep where it was left all day. I called corporate and they said it is against company policy to leave these arrangements on doorsteps. They also couldnt figure out why we were overcharged or why they never delivered on Mothers Day. When the owner of the store found out we had filed a complaint with corporate he first called my Mother in law and yelled at her then called me and berated me for complaining. He has yet to refund me. Nevertheless we have filed charges. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS!

Ok so miss S. you are so right the absolutly great raitings are actually from the owners I know the owners and they are the rudest most dishonest people I know in more ways than one. I do have to say however that the arrangments are delicious at least they used to be I am not sure now because I refuse to order anything from them....I can make my own lol as for they other bad reviews sounds about right what you say they are extreamly rude and ABUSIVE to their employees and customers and you were right to walk out go somewhere else those arangments are so easy to make and cost way less to make yourself try it you might be amaized. And to the owners you are a sad excuse for business owners.

What a gift! Very happy and excited about how large it was! My mother purchased one of the larger bouquets for my baby shower. She lives long distance and wasnt able to attend. I picked it up to save her a few bucks. They threw in some chocolate covered strawberries for free. My guest absolutely loved it. Fresh & juicy fruit. Real treat!

Their driver almost ran me over at the intersection of 115th Ave & Chkalov, because he wasnt paying attention turning right. I had a walk sign and everything. Tired of people not paying attention, especially people in vans with their companys name on them.
