I got a call from someone at your facility looking for a resident at one of our homes. We were not able to provide any information that she needed and i apologized for not being able to provide her with that. At which point she was EXTREMELY rude and said that I am no help to anyone. Seriously this is how you speak to someone that was never rude to the person. I then called the number back and asked for who i was speaking with and she REFUSED to tell me her name. Someone that is a retired Vet that served your country 18 years and does what I do now to give more back to my community. You are in a business to make others feel better and give color to them with your flower arrangements. Not to be so ugly and hateful to someone you dont even know. You should not take your anger out on others even if you are having a bad day. People should know what type of company this is and how rude they are. I hope you have a better day and blessed at that. Remember ... the only difference between a good and bad day is YOUR attitude.

I stopped in last night (Sunday Feb 13) at 6:30pm. They were open, which was a huge bonus right away. I hate shopping for flowers from grocery stores. I walked in to be greeted with happy hellos and was asked what I was looking for. I wish I would have caught their names...they were so nice and EXTREMELY helpful. I was looking for flowers to put on a car...but it was raining. The owner showed me all of their flowers and we talked in length about how they would hold up. She saved me money by telling me the flower that I originally picked out would get too damaged in the rain. I ended up with a small bouquet, but it was gorgeous and simple. She wrapped it up with valentine clear plastic with hearts on it and added some babys breath and ribbons. Best floral money ever spent! Hands down. Thank you for being great! Keep it up! I will be back!

If the painstakingly perfected arrangements werent enough to keep me coming back (were talking Victoria Magazine), the personalized customer service would. I get the impression "making a sale" is not as important as figuring out the perfect personalized floral gift for the recipient and occasion. They do this by being infinitely affable and informative. So refreshing!

I have been buying flowers at Mt Scott Flowers for a lot of years and they do a fabulous job with their arrangements. I usually dont know exactly what I am looking for and they always seem to know exactly what I should get. Thank you for all your help - my wife really appreciates it too :) Dave Lanphere

Nice flowers, but they were wiped out for selection of premades when I went there at like 11am. Could just be that they are so good they sold out quickly in the morning. Ill be going back though. Nice lady and the bouquet she made turned out good I think.. my wife liked them, which is all that matters.

Great service! Same day delivery! They werent just on time they were early! In a good way! She cried she loved them so much! Thank you! Also they even called me back to let me know they didnt have the exact color I ordered but offered a great alternative. The results are well worth it! Great service!

I called 1st thing on a Saturday morning and requested to have a bouquet made and delivered that afternoon to a friend on her special day since I live in Nevada and couldnt attend. Their prices were very reasonable and the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!

I cant speak to their value (I dont buy many flowers), but they did a same day delivery for me after their driver was already gone. Stuff like that makes me come back.

Got a same-day flower delivery. Minimum purchase was $35 plus $10 delivery. Delivery was made safely and the product looked nice. Everything that was asked for.
