I would give it 5 because the pic of it was gorgeous but it didnt get there until after 7 pm..when my grandson had already left to go see Walking With the Dinosaurs...for his 7th birthday. There was a 7 on the arrangement and a balloon. I called the West Linn store when my DIL said it had not come yet. Yikes. That was grammy and grampas gift from CA. The owner said they had been busy...they had to get their business arrangements out by 5 cause people go home at 5..and she said.."how was I supposed to know it was for a kid?" and "you should have told me what time to have it there". I said..."I didnt know I had to". So my grandson gets home and it was late...he had to go to bed. His mommy saved it for tomorrow. He didnt get to see it or eat any of it. So so sad. It wasnt cheap either.

I was trying to check status of an order. I couldnt get the West Linn Location to answer, all I could do was talk to the answering machine. I tried the "Chat" option and all they gave was corporate policy on when deliveries can be made. Overall a really bad experience, but I can control that by never letting it happen again.

I had the wrong address and had to call a couple times to fix it. Both people I talked to were very understanding and nice. Delivered the same day and everything was fresh and beautiful!
