Bouquet !!!! A big joke this bouquet cost £27 and I get a couple of stems , delivered on the wrong day and flowers bent ! But emailed company and my response was this is what you ordered !!!! False advertising and lack of customer care never ever again will I be buying from this company , I would have got better quality and a bigger bouquet from a supermarket !!!! The first photo was what I got delivered ! The second photo is what I should have received ! People beware unless you spend a small fortune you will not get the flowers advertised in the photos !!!!

Prestige Flowers made all the flower arrangements for my wedding. Everything turned out so beautiful! They delivered and decorated the ceremony and reception even better than I would have imagined. Their main consultant made my wedding planning stress-free. Since then I have resorted only to them for flowers arrangements I send my family and friends. Weve ordered flowers from here several times and they have always been beautiful! Great price for what you get and the flowers are fresh. Just this week, we called the day of a funeral and asked for a large, white arrangement. It was done quickly and looked gorgeous!

Ordered a Birthday bouquet on Thursday for Saturday, still not there on Monday, after several e-mails they just give you an apology for lack of their communication system, no refund or upgrade. Disappointed !!

So far, very unhappy. Ordered flowers for my mother in advance for her birthday, they have not arrived. Have contacted chat helpline, and they can do nothing. Really not impressed! Would not use again.

I got my wedding flowers here, and they were gorgeous. We got 3 large floral displays and 8 or 9 table centerpieces, they were all delivered on time without incident looking fabulous.
