I ordered flowers and a balloon for my best friend for Mothers Day yesterday. Not only did the delivery not come until today, they werent even open yesterday. That was not on their site anywhere, but they sure did take the money out of my account fast enough. I called to find out why today, and it was explained to me. I asked for a discount for the late delivery and was told that they couldnt do that, but could add something to compensate. I asked for chocolates to be delivered as well and was told that was no problem. Forward to an hour later and I get this ridiculous photo of a sad arrangement in the wrong colors, drooping everywhere, in the wrong vase, with no balloon and not even the friggin chocolate that they were supposed to send as and apology in the first place!!! I called right away and had to try 4 times before I even got ahold of anyone. Im waiting on a call back from a manager and Im just mad. I was willing to pay this much because my friend deserves something nice for being a great mom. This was not okay, and Im REALLY upset. Ive put a comparison between what she should have gotten and the paltry, thrown together mess that she was given. Never again. Also, now called Far East Florist. **Update** I never received a call back from anyone. Two days later when my friend came out in the morning, there was a toy, a little box of chocolate and a cake pop hanging on the door handle. No note, no knock, no explanation, AND STILL NO BALLOON, so were guessing its from them. Bad business practice.

If youre looking for fast last-minute flowers, then choose this place. Its local and they do a good job at decorating. Everyone knows though that last minute planning can get expensive. As such, I find their prices VERY expensive. If you have time on your hands, you have better choices and inexpensive options such as 1800flowers. Also, competitors like Whole Foods Market, sell 2 dozen roses for $19.99+tax. You might have to arrange your flowers when you get home, but paying an extra $50 for something you can do at home in 15minutes sounds ridiculous in my opinion. I give this place 3 stars because its really conveniently located in Lakewood, and because they have some nice designs, however, I WOULD NOT make this my first choice, UNLESS I was in a last minute rush.

DO NOT GO HERE. my husband orders me flowers for valentines day. Well they showed up and no one even gave me a call the next day. I had to call myself and they had the nerve to ask did you want them delivered today? Are you kidding me? Worst place ever!!!! Me giving them a 1 star is being generous.
