The staff here are extremely easygoing and friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge that is willingly shared. Anytime I have a problem with an item I buy they immediately exchange it, even past the return date in many cases, and always stand behind their products 100%. I recently called to ask about taking my bilt boots back with a broken zipper for warranty replacement, half expecting to have to send them back to the manufacturer, and they had a new pair waiting at the front counter as I walked in, and immediately recognized me by the predator suit I always wear (yes its very comfortable and great quality) handing them to me before I even said a word. This is the only store I buy my gear (also tires and other consumable/maintenance items) from anymore, having had bad experiences with other local shops (one of whom tried to sell me a chain that was not rated properly for my bike and undoubtedly would have seriously injured me had I installed it), and nothing but the best experiences here. Their prices are lower than the shop with the big sign saying they are the cheapest in town, and they take the greatest care of their customers of any shop I have ever been to. Its like having all your buddies working in one store. All that being said, they have earned my repeat business as long as they remain in business. Thanks guys and gals!

Well I went there and ordered me a vest from Donald S great employee the only reason I gave it one star is because I went when I returned to pick up my vest I see it got an email that said it was delivered I called them they told me to take a couple of hours for them to find it I waited and I went back to the store I got there there was two employees standing around and Im still waiting for a phone call about my vest did not get a phone call and it took almost 20 minutes to find it when I finally was got there and waited and this happened on on April 6th so my visits for April 6th did not go good at all was very not happy so the Donald S I bought my vest from very good employee the other two need to go work at McDonalds

Came in, asked where the chain wax, filters and oil was, got pointed in that direction, paid and was on my way. Prices are good, didnt get or do too much so I cant give insight on full on customer service, but my experience they were nice and made good conversation when ringing me up, and had what I wanted so what else could you ask for. In my opinion its an underrated place and didnt know it was there until a month ago. Wil definitley go back again if need any more motorcycle products, and will update this review when I do so.

Serious lack of customer service! There were only 2 other customers in the store besides my husband & myself. There were 2 employees in the cash wrap while we were looking @ and trying on helmets for about 20 minutes. We made eye contact with them a couple of times but not one of them asked if they could help us find something. As we left, disappointed, they made eye contact once again but spoke not a word. Probably our last time in that store!

Sick of crappy service. I like their stuff but the people in here have no business in a motorcycle store....or any store. Ill pay more at ProCal just to get service. Gave me guff about a 100 dollar bill at 10:23 in the morning on Sunday.......and they open at 10......how are you opening and not having change a half hour later? Gave me 60 back in 5s?!? Edit 7/17 Better people in there now. Still lots of room for improvement.

Don was very knowledgeable and patient.I bought pants, boots and gloves and stayed within budget. I took my gear for a test ride and I am thrilled the clearance and sale items I got are just as tough dry and warm as the high dollar stuff and come with the same WARRANTY!! It was definately worth the drive from Portland, I will give them my business in the future and recommend to friends. Thanks Don!

Cycle Gear is the only place to good for anything dirt/street bike related. They can get anything Procaliber can but much cheaper. I have returned items without a receipt without hassle. I brought my 2 brothers back to buy helmets and other items. I bet we have spent a total of $1000 just in the last month or so.

Im new to motorcycle riding, and the guys here have been awesome so far! Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Product selection is good considering how small the stores footprint is. Found nearly everything I needed on my first trek there, and have been taken care of on subsequent visits.

This place recommended a product that scratched my bike. My bike is only 3 weeks old and they refuse to fix the issue. I will never go back and have called the bbb.
