Well i have given them 2 chances and was dissapointed both times first i bought a 97 YZF R6 from a friend the bike did not run i took it sports plaza on halsy knowin it would b spendy i said just make it run again . Right off the the bat the head tech was rude and very just stand off ish, the bike had been stolen and recoverd b4 i bought it so i didnt have a key , ok that shouldnt b a problem for a dealership to solve (a metal nail file would work) but no they couldnt find anything in the whole shop to work so they had to by pass a bunch of wireing he said ,any way first when i arrived at the shop there was a police bike in the bay being worked on so who would bring a stolen bike to a shop leave your contact info with a stolen bike ? Anyway they guy says i need new wireharness $500.00 and and new C.D.I. unit also$ 500.00 plus labor the total bill was 1,700.00 $ ok so i took them 800.00 cash that day to start work and a week lateer the aditional 900.00 in cash for the balance .on the ride home the bike just didnt feel right well it had no oil , and was missing 4 of the 6 bolts that hold the stater cover on the bike. It gets better, the wireharness that was new was really the original harness with new wires spliced into it!! And there were hunderd other major things wrong they didnt even mention to me thank god vicious cylce wrote down everything still wrong (for free) cause they were major safty issues. So bout 6months later maybe a year later mr YZF R1 was stolen and recoverd but the ignition was destroyed along with the gas cap lock and some wireing from being hotwired. So i went to sportsplaza again told them what happend the first time i went there and was told the old head tech had been fired for acting the same way with other customers . I was assured this would b differnt, well long story short for $1,900.00 dollars the ignition, and gas cap , and valve job would b done they called me to pick up my bike and when i got there all of a sudden i was told i needed a starter and the bike wasnot ready and was told a starter that cost (220 bucks on ebay) they wanted 500 dollars more ontop of the 1,900.00$ cash already paid by me for the starter and it would b another week b4 my bike was ready so very nicely i just said no just put it together ill take now they put together i jumped the bike and rode home . So u b the judge !!!!!!? What do u think

I originally went to the one on 82nd on accident to get a post sale check up on my r1 that i bought used and they wanted to charge me 90$ to check it out, so i called the one in fairview and the service manager jerry said he would have no problem checking it out for free. Went in and he helped me with the things i needed. Overall friendly service and good people that are willing to help. 2nd time in and im really impressed with level of care and customer service. Jerry the service manager always let me knew what was going on, how things were coming, along with any recommendations. My technician Scott was friendly and truely cared about making sure everything was in its best condition. I got multiple things done on my R1. I was quoted book time at other dealerships that were charging me much more. Sports plaza told me the book time but that they can generally get it done faster to save me money. I was quoted 5.5 hours for valve adjust, 1.5 for sprocket/chain change, and 2 for spark plugs. Jerry told me that doing things together will usually shorten time so the quote was about 8 hours at 90$ an hour so itd be about 720$ not including parts for valves and spark plugs. When i went to pick it up they had replaced my air filter because it was practically black. Also gave me a free oil change. Price came out to be less than what i expected. Which was 700$ for everything. Scott detailed around my bike and made sure everything was running in proper order before i left. Overall im still really pleased. I see these bad reviews but ive yet to experience anything other than great customer service and good work.

took my dirt bike in cause the clutch was slipping talked to the service guy (cant remember his name) and he said that they could look at it for me and it would be $100 for the first hour and they would call if i needed parts or anything. sounded good i dropped my bike off got called about 2 weeks later and they said they fixed it and it was running perfect, so i went down there they charged me $100 for a hour of work like we talked about and a extra $70 for some reason but i was just excited for my bike to be running so i said whatever. i loaded it up and took it home wich is about a hour drive cause i live on the mountain (not thinking over excited i didnt even check it out at the shop) i got home and unloaded it and noticed my hose clamp was missing on my air filter, my gas cap vent tube with my aluminum top was missing, and there was a small tear in my seat? i started the bike and rode it around my house and immediately could tell the clutch was still slipping the exact same. it felt like the most they did was adjust my carburetor. i called the service guy up and he said to bring it back down but never said for free? why would i bring my bike back to your shop when you already charged me $170 to do nothing other then mess up my parts and waist my time. i guess now my only option is just take it to a different shop and hope they do the work they say they will or be honest and not charge me for nothing.

I had a simple question. I was asked to hold, I said no problem. I sat for 5 minutes before I hung up and called back thinking I got put on a bad line. A woman answered the phone, while talking to someone else. She said "are you holding for parts" i said yes.. she said they were busy could you please hold, I said, I would prefer to leave a number and have a call back. She said that would be a problem, as they were busy. I said, if its a problem I could call someplace else. She said "ok" whatever you like. I said.. its nothing more than Ive been on hold for 5 minutes and dont feel like holding any longer. This may not seem like much.. but the woman seemed so agitated by my call. I dont understand why some companies dont care enough to see that a customer is on hold for five minutes, and it occur to them.. "hey I would not like to be on hold myself for 5 minutes.. I should pick up this phone.. take an number and call them back!" She finally took my number and said, that I should not expect a call back any time soon. She was true to her word.. no call back. Thank you for nothing. boooo 6/18 Update: Surprisingly, I never received a call back.
