If you value your time, please do not set foot in the Cycle Gear store in Auburn, WA. It was the worst experience I have had in a store.I am a new rider and as you can imagine, I was excited to learn about learning about my many options for riding gear. The first impression I got when entering the store was that of an alley store selling knock off bags... Merchandise was piled up in a mound behind the register, racks werent organized and, no one even acknowledged us ( I was visiting with a friend) even though an employee was to our left, talking to a customer... No eye contact, no " hello" or " Ill be with you shortly", etc. While looking at a particular helmet,my friend expressed his doubts about its material really being carbon fiber as advertised... An employee named Anthony ( who finally showed up) started to actually argue with my friend in a very condescending tone that the helmet was carbon fiber and proceeded to actually lecture him... I ended up buying a Sedici jacket and pants and a pair of gloves. I didnt want to return but that is the only store next to where I work so next day I went back to get a helmet. Same story.. Took a while to get help, and the helmet was not available in my size. I was told that it will come from a different store.. I had a friend get it for me since I was out of town and when I got home, I realized that they left the anti- theft device on.. I took it back ( 28 miles one way) and instead of an apology, I got a " Haha! This things happen".. Few days later I had to go back because a strap on my pants was broken and a zipper damaged on the jacket. They told me they dont have my size for exchange and Ill have to wait a week for new gear. A week later , got my gear and patiently stood by the register for 20 min while Anthony ( who turns out to be the manager) was training Guy, a new employee ( who actually was very helpful, polite and customer service oriented). Anthony again, in a condescending manner started to "tell" me that my exchange is actually a return ...I asked him why did he always feel the need to have the last word and why the use of the condescending tone... A shoulder shrug was all I got as he walked away..I watched customers walk out because a line was forming behind me and no one would wait on them. I went home and unpacked the gear and...the anti-theft device was left on AGAIN! I contacted the customer service to complain, got good customer service from Lily and was told that a District Manager will contact me in few days.. A week passed and he never did!... That is why Im here... THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AND MY LAST WITH CYCLE GEAR ! Dont help them perpetuate this awful customer service by giving them your business...

I went to cycle gear to buy some chain cleaner and lube and ask about a million questions. The associates were very knowledgeable about everything I had to ask and as I was leaving, the battery on my bike died! Right there in the parking lot! I didnt have any tools and I obviously wasnt carrying jumper cables in my back pocket. I asked them if they had any way of jumping my bike and without hesitation, they were happy to help. He got me out of a tight jam allowing me to get home to see my fiance before she left home. They really saved the day! I am a life time customer!

I have shopped here for many years and have spent some decent cash on all kinds of items.. Up until last week, I will NEVER shop here again.. The old fart (must no get paid much) told me he dosnt talk Harley when I asked him about prices on some tires for my bike, and no he wasnt kidding.. Im king of sarcasm and he wasnt reeking of it. I have quads and dirtbikes and just recently purchased my first "street" bike..maybe Harley owners are not accepted here? I was unaware of this, my bad..dont worry Ill spend my cash online from now on

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and also give yoh their feedback on items they sell so you dont buy junk or overspend on something just as good or better than what you were looking at. Very helpful, I have been quite a lot and everytime answer questions well and answer all of them.

The staff is really good. She went out of her way to help us with an helmets cheek pad that was not bought from them. They knew their stuff and very welcoming. The selection is great and most of the items are in Stock. Really great variety of riding gear as well as accessories.

They have a wide variety of stuff for the size of the store. I like their selection of oils and other maintainence products. The tire selection and service is a plus and the staff has always been great. The riding gear is good mid level stuff that is priced accordingly.

Life savers! My tire went to cords due to massive heat and hard riding from 1/8" tread a couple days before and these guys had my tire and were able to change it for me (I had the wheel off) on a Sunday morning. Highly rated!

Decent selection of lower budget gear. They have a lot of their inhouse gear and some of it is decently rated. Make sure to do your research before heading in. They offer Military discount on all in house gear

Checkout service is slow. Service on the floor does not exist, so dont expect to get questions answered. Prices are good and they always seem to have sales. Plenty of items in stock.

This is a great local motorcycle gear shop. They have name brands as well as their store brand, Bilt which is good stuff too. And the staff is always friendly and helpful!
