Employees are nice dudes. Very large selection. With that being said, they stock an incredible amount of cheap quality gear with not a whole lot on the real quality side. Not only that, but a lot of it is for fatter / bigger people. Very limited selection for average/athletic builds. They carry bottom of the barrel and then top shelf with very, very little in between. I went in today and there wasnt a single item in the entire store in my size. No jackets, no helmets, no point. Im not Shaq. Im a 170LB / 6 male. Im about as average as it gets. Not a single piece of gear in that entire store fit me, and they had nothing in the back. I know riding isnt huge here in Washington but I was very surprised at just how unsatisfied I was leaving this store. Im sure your heavier set or fair-weather rider who may not care about proper fitment will have no issue finding what they need. For those of us who care about what we ride in, you may have some trouble here. Again, the sales team was really nice and did what they could. They dont control what goes on the shelves. I was just disappointed there was nothing in there for me after I wasted an hour in traffic driving there.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I needed a new rear sprocket because I bought one made out of aluminum and it wore out super fast so I told the guy at the counter that I needed a steel one and I found them online for 70. He searched his database and found the one I needed in Sacramento but it was more than my budget. He gave me an in store coupon which brought the price down to match the one I found online and had the part there withen a week. I also bought a vest there that was a little small so I brought it back a couple months later and they swapped it out for me no questions asked. And they do bike nights in the summer with pizza and a free raffle that draw big crowds. This is my store of choice.

Just called the store to find out if they had a pull start cord for a 49cc gas powered scooter about 2 minutes ago. Mind you, I only called this place first because of the wonderful review on customer service. The man that answered the phone told me that they didnt have anything like that. I asked if he could point me in the right direction, he said he honestly didnt know. Then he said I would have to go to the dealership. I asked him, since he works at a store that specializes in this, if there was a dealership in Washington, and he cut me off and said google it. That would not be the customer service that I would rave about.

I was visiting Tacoma because of a death in the family and didnt plan on buying from the store. I planned on buying from the online store but I was concerned about sizing. When I saw that there was a brick and mortar store, I wanted to check sizes while I was in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful even knowing that I was not going to buy from their store. Only complaint was that there was too much Bilt products and not enough other brands.

Ive been frequenting this location for the 2 years Ive lived in WA. Jay, the manager, is very knowledgeable about the store merchandise, local services for motorcyclists, and motorcycles in general. Ive seen the sales staff rotate in and out, but have always received exceptional service. Overall I would rate this location as the best retail establishment Ive been a patron to, regardless of specialty.

Ok. These guys are awesome. Casey helped us in tacoma and was super helpful.. Came in with two loud and obnoxious kids and he helped alot with finding the right fit and size gear for my daughter..... definitely gonna go back again and get some more stuff.. great job casey.he even remembered who I was when I called in about a tire that I forgot. 100 stars for these guys.

This place honestly still has a sense of what customer service used to be and has great hold on that business motto. I bought some sedici gloves here after 2000 miles of riding they were wearing out already. I took then back and they were more than happy to get me new pair of sedici gloves; no hassle!
