I bought my 2016 Ducati 959 Panigale at Munroe Motors on Friday. Everyone at Munroe is GREAT! From the moment I contacted Andy through email, finance with Mindie , talked accessories with Katie, bike tutorial .. Everything was a wonderful experience. This was by far the best experience ive had in purchasing any vehicle. At no point did I feel any pressure, everyone took their time with me and I left with a huge smile on the exact bike I wanted. I purchased the vip maintenance package that covers 6 visits in 3 years, so that means I will be back to Munroe for years to come. Andy was a super cool guy, I felt like I was buying from a buddy. Thats the type of comfort I like to feel when making a big purchase like this. Mindie was great at explaining every bit of information on the finance side and all the options I had on add-ons. She also went the extra mile to find a great deal on motorcycle insurance! As far as the bike, I added the tank pad and a gps tracker which the service team at munroe installed for me. Overall I am super happy that I went to munroe and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market. On a side note: A friend of a friend just so happen to purchase a triumph 675r the same day as me and he too was super happy.

Had a nightmare experience at a competitor of Munroe that resulted in me missing a couple fairing bolts. Ironically, the competitor told me to come to Munroe to "resolve my issues". Hah. Now Munroe has a customer for life. Bobby must have taken at least 30 minutes to assure we had the right bolt ordered for my Triumph. Throughout the whole process I just felt horrible wasting this kind gentlemans time over 2 frickin fairing bolts! Bobby gave me a call after 3 business days to let me know my bolts came in and assured me that if they wont fit he will do an exchange for me to get me the right ones. I got home and found out that the hole the bolt goes into was stripped (probably another gift from Munroes competitor). Bobby went the extra mile and gave me a breakdown of what options I have to resolve the issue - he even gave me contact information for someone to "chase the threads" on my stripped fairing fastner. All of this....for just fairing bolts. I can only imagine what happens if I were to have a problem with any service they provide. A+ service here especially working with Bobby. Cant wait for the next service interval on my Daytona, its coming straight to Munroe.

I rarely (read: never) write reviews. So when a business does something exceptionally right (or wrong), I have to share. Simply put: Munroe Motors was an absolute delight to work with. Bought my Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer from there and the entire experience could not have been better. The motorcycle itself is awesome. But what makes Munroe Motors shine is the customer service. The Roland Sands jacket I bought was actually too big for me and after bringing in the original jacket, they ordered a new one for me to exchange. This would be a fairly innocuous point, but what makes this unique is that these leather jackets are typically never returned because they conform to your body and nobody wants to buy a jacket that has already been broken in. To be fair though, after two weeks of owning the jacket, I rarely (never) wore it. I travel for work a lot. I also bought a RAM Mount that, unfortunately, wasnt the correct configuration for my bike. After I showed them the problem, Kyle, who is probably the nicest guy ever, not only ordered the correct part, but he shipped it to my apartment for free. These guys make the trek from Sunnyvale to SF bearable :)

I bought my 2014 Panigale 1199s from Munroe in February. Andy was my sales guy, and I deal a lot with Sam and the guys in Service. There all a bunch of stellar chaps, who work hard to make customers happy. Yes, they are not cheap. Its San Francisco. Nothing is cheap here. Recommend you learn how to do basic maintenance. But you get what you pay for. So far after 7 months owning this bike, I have been nothing but impressed with the service I get from the guys at Munroe Motors. Consider buying your next Ducati, Triumph, MV or Moto Guzzi there. edit: Been with Munroes going on 2 years now. Buying a bike from a shop and sticking with the shop is a bit like a marriage. Andy, Sam, the other guys there really know their stuff. Treat them well and they will treat you well. I moved out of the city so my next bike wasnt bought from them, but it would have been if they could have gotten me the deal I was looking for on a 2015 model.

I have a seen several bad reviews of MM and I was hesitant to order an exhaust from them initially and have it shipped since i dont live in SF. I wanted it from here because they had the lowest price of anyone carrying it. I inquired about it via email and Keith Hale wrote me back and confirmed everything i needed to know about the exhaust. When I had time i gave him a call, he set everything up and said it would ship out that afternoon. Shortly after the call I got the UPS tracking # and the exhaust came when promised. Everything was exactly as described and was packed nice and safe. I love the exhaust, it was pain to install but just hearing it was worth it. I just wanted to share my positive experience with you. If you ever need parts, call up Keith, he will take care of you.

I brought in my 02 Sprint RS last week for the well overdue 24k service at 28k. The bike was in ROUGH shape. The service wasnt cheap by any means. It cost around $800 + 200 for a punctured tire. However, Jim Williams, who worked on my bike went above and beyond the call of duty. Along with all the work he did to get my bike serviced, he also adjusted the sticky throttle cable, fixed the muffler that was dangling, fixed one of the body panels that had lost is bracket etc etc etc. Thanks so much Munroe. Youre not the cheapest, but youre worth it.

i came here a few years ago while on a trip and had an amazing experience and good conversation with the staff. nothing but good people in an awesome shop. now, a few weeks ago i stopped by in san francisco during a 4,000 mile trip to get my front tire changed on my Hypermotard but was quickly told they cant do my 30 minute service for over a week. the service writer was far from understanding the issue at hand. i was looking to support a business i had such a great experience with previously, but will likely not return on further trips.

I am a new rider. I was definitely nervous going into the shop but that feeling evaporated once I spoke to a few guys at Munroe. They were all super nice, very helpful (recommendations for a new rider), no pressure on sales, knowledgeable and just generally really friendly people. I ended up with a great deal on a used bike (first bike!) and will definitely take my bike back there for maintenance and would recommend this place to anyone new or experienced in the market for a bike or for service.
