(If youre thinking about taking your BMW to Mountain View, please read my other reviews of the service I received there and then read this one.) $250 for an oil change, not exactly cheap but you get what you pay for with these guys- excellent service. First class experience from start to finish and I rode off with confidence that the S1000rr was inspected and serviced properly which is all that really matters when your life is on two wheels. My experience- I arrived 10 minutes before they opened and the technicians greeted me and invited me to wait in the waiting area where they have a Keurig machine and a clean restroom. :-) I then spoke with the Parts department and told them that I wanted to use the Yelp deal for the free S1000rr T-shirt. The gentleman informed me that the Yelp deal was old, but then compensated by offering a different T-shirt-thanks! I chatted briefly with a salesman who approached me but was not pushy at all- nice guy. Dave took care of me in service and from the phone call to the pickup, I felt assured that the bike was in good hands. Dave gave a detailed estimate of the service to be provided, did not try to up-sell me on other unnecessary service, and then followed through by keeping me informed of the status of the bike and calling promptly when the service was complete. Oh, and Dave offered to put my riding gear in a storage area so I didnt have to lug it to work. In the end, the service was completed quickly and for slightly LESS than the estimate I was given. :-) I will be taking my bike here from now on.

My experience was quite negative with this dealer - they have been uninformed and dishonest I ordered a 2017 r1200gs with the options I wanted back in March. I waited and waited well past the expected delivery date. I found out later that theyd sold or traded the bike Id ordered and were trying to find a replacement later at another dealership (unsuccessfully). Net result - the bike I waited 3 months for is gone and the dealership still has my deposit. Im super bummed that now, because I chose this shady dealership, I waited all spring and didnt end up with a bike

Stopped by to get an oil change kit and ask some basic maintenance questions for my new BMW F650 GS. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially a mechanic who I chatted with out on the floor. However, 4 stars because they sold me the wrong oil filter (?!). Edit: Turns out there were two versions of my bike made the same year. The oil filter I got was for the single spark. They helped me figure this out when I took the filter back. Again, they were very helpful, but I wished theyd brought that up the first time.

If there was 10 out of 5, I would give them that! My bike got knocked over, only damage was left front indicator light. Called them up the next morning and had one in stock. Rode up there and Kyle in parts was extremely helpful. Service was very helpful as well, quickly put the new light in for free. All in all, an awesome experience. Planning to go back there again for tires.

I ordered a pair of BMW summer pants from Kent and they had to be special ordered as they didnt have my size (XS--ha!) in stock. He was very helpful and I had them in good time considering the special order. I will use BMW San Fran again in the future as their customer service is exemplary and their pricing was great!

Easy access, great service, nice showroom, excellent service department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only down side is the price of a new BMW motorcycle - but you dont buy a beemer looking for a bargain :)
