My oil light came on while leaving work. I found this shop on my phone, and came in for an oil change. On the way home I smelled burning oil, and when I got there I was surprised to find oil streaked all over my engine, bodywork, and swing arm. I had to make sure their mechanic didnt forget a washer because it really looked like a leak, and it cost me time and money to have it looked at by my regular shop. They said there was "a ton of oil still on the bottom of my fairing", and that "the mechanic had obviously not removed my lower fairing" but instead let oil pour all over it when he changed out the oil filter and removed the plug. That laziness could have put me down. The amount of oil I found on my swing arm, and was still coating my lowers could have easily made me lose the rear if enough dripped on the tire. Any first year mechanic knows you have to remove the lower fairings to change the oil on an R1, this wasnt incompetence, it was laziness and it could have cost me my bike or my life.

Marcus and his crew are terrific.I brought my FXDL into him with an electrical problem that I could not fix. His crew did not gouge me price wise and spent about 4 quality hours trouble shooting until they found the cause. This is my third experience with Motorcycle Madness, ans I gotta tell you, I am a fan for life. My other bike is a Triumph...I left it with Marcus after my FXDL was done (cant ride 2 at a time); he immediatly saw something on the Triumph he thought needed adjustment and did so without charge. I trust Marcus and his crew...now if I could only convince him to go to a Volvo School and work on my cars as well. Mike Warren

First and foremost my last review of motorcycle Madness was definitely incorrect. I have been bringing my bikes to this shop for years. And I am trusting them once again with my new bike without question!. The boss and his crew are on top of there game in every aspect. ( They Know there stuff). I have been recommending there services to my riding friends for any type of service. (nice tattoo shop as well) I Highly recommend and trust them with somthing I care for my HARLEY

Great service and friendly people. They gave me a quote on the phone and warn me for extra charges if they dont have the specific oil in stock. I dropped off the scooter in the morning and it was ready to pick up on the same day. The final cost was what they quoted. I recommend their service!

Needed mirrors for my GSXR so I stopped in to see if they had anything. They had what I needed and even installed them on my bike for me. Everything cost around $50. The people working there were friendly and professional, the service was quick. I would definitely go back.

This is a great place to take your bike if you need repairs. The shop owner, Marcus, is very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. They have a good but small inventory of parts and etcetera, and theres a tattoo parlor on the top floor!!

Seems like a decent place but they arent interested in repairs. Told me to go elsewhere. Not sure how you can build up customer loyalty if they only want the easy service jobs. Kind of makes them useless to me really.

Called for an estimate to install some (already purchased) tires and do an oil change on a ninja 250. They quoted me $210. I cannot comment on their quality of service as the price alone has chased me away.

Great shop!!!!!!! Working with Marcus is a PLEASURE. Very clean shop area. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend to any riding looking for an independent mechanic!
