Went in to grab an sf tank top real quick. All sales staff in the back, not to come out when the door chime sounded. Not a big deal but fresh reefer aroma coming from behind the counter. Absolutely no acknowledgement from staff until I brought my purchase to the counter. Im not too bugged as my transaction was simple but it was enough of an experience to write a review.

Love the parts department. I mean, they are awesome. Their service department is ALWAYS 1 month out on service. So, if you are like me and ride everyday - this aint the place to take your bike. Frustrated as I tried 2 different times of the year to get a set of tires installed and was told "sorry but it will be 4 weeks.

No choice and unfriendly staff. Been there twice, and always rude. A pity. They are lucky to be HD otherwise they would be closed now. Avoid.
