The front clerk was warm and professional. The mechanic Julian had a poor attitude and caused some damage to my electric bike to occur by not tightening the back wheel. The thing that prompts this review however was that after I brought the bike back for repair/tightening the back wheel which had gotten loose in one block I asked him to double check the front wheel to make sure the same problem would not occur. Instead of checking it he said he had already done it and walked away with a bad attitude. I checked it my self and it was loose. I brought this to his attention and he did not apologize but reluctantly tightened it as if I had made a big stink about nothing. I did not come away with the sense that either service or my safety was much on the radar and when I offered to discuss feedback with the owner he said he would rather not hear what I had to say. They did complete the work that was agreed to with me doing 20% of it, which I give them credit for when it took longer than they thought. But my suggestion if you use this place is to double check the tightness of any critical bolts. I was upset to see axle bolts being treated so casually when lives are at risk.

I will definitely take my bike back here if i need it serviced again. They did a great job replacing my fork seals. They call you frequently letting you know their progress or any problems they have come across asking if you want to have those problems fixed. They remember you name as well. The only reason why I gave them 4/5 stars is because they took about a week longer than they said they would, but it could have been because they had other bikes being fixed at the same time. Other than that, they are a great local shop to get your bike serviced.

My overall experience with Motopia was great. I bought a zx14r, with many aftermarket parts already installed on the bike, and very low miles, for under blue book value. The staff was very nice. Chase was my salesman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was not intending to buy a bike when I left the house, so I didnt have my helmet on me. Chase gave me a cool helmet so I wouldnt have to drive back and forth to lake berryessa to grab my helmet, or buy one. Now thats a cool kat!!! I will definitely do business with them again.

From the moment you walk in to the moment the service is completed, you will receive 5 star service. I highly recommend them and will only give them my business from now on. They have reasonable fees and keep you up to date on what is going on with your ride. If you want great service and an honest place thats not trying to sell you a new bike, just for the sale.......this is the place to go. I am very happy and will recommend them to all of my friends!! From walking into the shop, they were friendly / helpful and not pushy at all. Amanda is very knowledgeable about the services they provide, parts costs etc etc. I dropped my Suzuki 1300 B-King off for a new back tyre and a small service. Everything was done in a very timely manner and the cost was more than reasonable. I will certainly be taking the bike back for any further work I need doing. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Steve

Justin sold me a Honda PCX 150 BUT when you look under the hood it is a 125. I even asked if this was a 125 and he confirmed it was a 150. Im not sure if this is how they operate regularly, but as a buyer I was misled. Sucks because I needed a highway legal bike. Beware, they want a sale first and quality service second.

Not only were they very knowledgable and experienced but super fast, and this says something because my husband is very hard to please.
