Terrible. I came in one day looking for a motorcycle. After being shown the showroom, I explained to them that I really wanted a specific motorcycle, but that it was difficult to find. At that point, the salesman let me know that there was one coming up for sale after it had its service done (consignment sale). We discussed the price, and financing, and they assured me that they would look over the motorcycle while it was in service and return to me with any repairs... absolutely awesome customer service. Afterwards, the salesman took my information, reassured me that they would call me when the motorcycle was out of service and REASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE THE FIRST PERSON HE WOULD CALL. I remember verbatim because I was EXTREMELY excited that I had the opportunity to purchase that motorcycle. I left my name and number and they never called back. I called to inquire about the motorcycle, they kindly told me that some parts were difficult to find, but they would call me as soon as it was done. I just got off the phone with them, and they just told me that they had sent the motorcycle out on a couple of test rides, and that they had just sold it today. The best part is, not even the salesman had the decency to call me and apologize. I will never go buy anything from this dealership, nor will I buy a motorcycle that will require their service. I wish they would have been rude to me in the first place.

I showed up to change the fuel gage of my Aprilia Caponord under warranty. I did not buy the bike at Moto International. If I knew of the friendly people that work there I would have most definitely purchased my motorcycle here. Anyways, dealing with Levi on the phone was a pleasure. He was friendly, answered my questions and arranged for me to come in and swap the fuel gage sensor. Upon my arrival I met Levi, he was very friendly and even remembered my name ( kudos there, not many people do remember my name). I love my motorcycle, Levi appeared very genuine and interested as I talked about my motorcycle and the few tweaks I have done to it. I than dealt with Jason who replaced my fuel gauge sensor. Jason was most definitely a pleasure to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and did not appear bother by me asking questions and standing by and talking to him while he repaired my motorcycle. Thank you for your friendliness fellows. I will most definitely be back.

I just bought my first bike (Moto Guzzi Nevada Classic 750) and was nervous how I would be treated as a female new rider shopping alone. I *highly* recommend Dave Richardson and his team at Moto International to any/all women shopping for themselves or the man in her life. Even though I bought a used bike Dave took the time to get to know me, treated me with respect, and followed-up when he said he would. I believe he gave me a fair price and the negotiations were easy. The first day I tried to ride home the bike had a technical issue - the guys came and picked up the bike and me and did not make me feel like they assumed it was just a case of the girl did not know how to ride. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the part quickly, and I was off (with their apologies for not catching it earlier). I will definitely be back for parts, service, and my next bike. Shawn

Ive been a customer of M.I. for over 10 years. I was really impressed with Micha their service dept manager on Saturday just passed. My fork seals started leaking on Friday after a ride. Talking to Micha on the same day, he couldnt slide me in to replace them for another week if I brought the bike in. I pulled out the forks Saturday morning, called him at 11am. He said bring them down and hed see what he could do. They were done by 3pm. Amazing service.. Old school caring service.. taking care of the customer is #1 there. Its so much nicer working with a service dept that has wisdom instead of the classic shops that have very little experience and only know how to order from a parts fiche. Way to go M.I. I am a believer.

I have bought two Moto Guzzis from Moto International and cant recommend them highly enough. Dave Richardson and his team are the real deal. If you like personal attention, honest opinions, and top quality service then this is the place for you. They know their bikes inside-out and its obvious when you talk to them. MI doesnt try to sell you a bunch of over-priced accessories, t-shirts, or "lifestyle" crap, which is refreshing in and of itself. They give you what you want, and its priced fairly to boot. Small motorcycle shops with that kind of knowledge and intimate friendliness are rare and are disappearing all too quickly. Go experience it while you still can.

I have known and done business with Moto International since about 1995 and consequently known Mr Richardson. I have always been pleased with my purchases and customer service and have traveled numerous times to Seattle from the SF Bay area to pick up my new bike or trade my old bike or to have service or warranty carried out. Like Dave Richardson, I too was exposed to old school motorcycle shops , and as a result, big box dealerships have always left me uninterested even if their products were highly rated. The biggest reasons are the personal style of service they offer and the fact that they are actual enthusiasts and love what they do,

I have worked with several excellent dealers in the Seattle area and by far Moto International has been the best experience when buying a new motorcycle, getting service or parts. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them, gotten all of them serviced there and gotten parts. Prices are very reasonable - got great deals on demo bikes and a used bike. They dont have a ton of floor space so you dont end up paying for high overhead. My only complaint is that every time I go in for something, I have to walk past all of the other new shiny motorcycles I want but cant buy.

Was looking for a Stelvio and couldnt find the deal that made me smile. Then I found these guys and I havent stopped smiling since. They cut me a great deal on a demo bike, put extra parts on to my liking, paid for my flight in and checked me out well before I left. A VERY pleasant and satisfying experience. Ive even called in with questions and gotten help from the service dept. while on the road. I dont know how they could be any better. Say Moto International around me and I get a "warm fuzzy" every time.

I bought a scooter here, luggage and tires. They didnt charge anything to install my luggage on my scooter. They charged below what others charge to install my tires. When they were installing my tires and luggage they noticed my coolant was low and topped it off for no charge. The problem was a slightly loose coolant hose they fixed no charge. They also noticed my oil drain plug was a little loose and fixed that no charge. I will only buy a bike from this dealership.

I dont typically review anything, but my experience using Moto International was worth a honorable mention. They were very accommodating to get my ECU switched to Map 2 last minute (A closer eastside shop was not). I also had a rear shock installed and was actually able to witness the installation (I like to wrench) and listen to some on track suspension horror stories. I will certainly bring my business back to Moto International.
