To be honest I didnt do my research when it came to which local KTM dealership to work with when buying my first KTM. I ended going to Triumph of Seattle as they were the closest to my home which I figured would make it easiest for service as well as last minute bits and pieces when going on a trip. I really lucked out with these guys, every detail and transaction from the motorcycle to accessories has been a really pleasurable experience and continues to be enjoyable with every visit. Everyone at this dealership is super passionate about motorcycling and the brands they service. When the bike was delivered I was given an in-depth walk-through of bike as well as introduced to the service manager who I would be working with when I brought the bike back for its break-in service. The parts and accessories manager has been a great resource of knowledge and helped me pick out the right gear for myself with "no sales pressure" which made me feel more comfortable when making bigger purchases like a new helmet and riding jacket. If youre looking for a Triumph, KTM or just looking for a resource for your riding parts and accessories I would highly recommend this shop. They will make you feel like family and provide an experience that will make you come back time and again.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and they perform solid maintenance at a fair rate. However, Ive had a couple of issues that prevent me from giving them 5 stars. I called to set up an appointment for maintenance, and since they were busy it was 3 weeks out before they could see me. Thats fine, they do a lot of business and it was the busy season. However, the day of my appointment I called them to let them know I was heading in with the bike soon, and they didnt have a record of my appointment. Someone forgot to write it down/schedule it. Not cool. Luckily, Daniel was awesome and he still got my bike serviced quickly. After trading in my Street Triple for an Enduro, part of my purchase included some street tires for the Enduro that ToS was going to order and then put on my bike. They told me it would be a week at most to get the tires in. I waited a couple of weeks and then called them since I hadnt heard from them. Turns out they never ordered the tires. Come on, guys. Overall, this dealership is good...but when simple things fall through the cracks it doesnt instill any confidence. No one likes to feel forgotten, especially when you drop 5 figures on a bike.

I think these guys do a decent job at serving the local motorsports scene, though I wish they had a bar inside. And maybe free donuts. And a roof-top deck lounge area to watch MotoGP races on a big-screen TV (or five). Ive never had any maintenance work done here, nor bought a motorcycle from them, but I have bought riding gear. Their selection is decent, definitely more of the hipster biker scene than anything else. If you want ADV gear, they have some pants and jackets from Revit, but they seem to be focusing on the new-to-riding/younger riders crowd (which is just fine by me), so if you want Dainese jackets, head to Ducati Seattle, and if you want more touring gear, head to BMW (same building as Ducati Seattle). If you want Kevlar riding jeans and fashionable riding boots you can wear to the nightclub, Triumph is your place. They have a good selection of urban/light-duty gloves here, too, and LOTS of womens gear, of all kinds (pants/jackets/gloves/boots, all specifically for women, not "unisex").

I am not sure where all of these bad review were coming from but I had an AMAZING experience. My sales lady, Kim, was very knowledgeable about the fit of individual products, from helmets to gloves. She wasnt pushy, and we had a fun time. I felt welcome there and was even welcomed by a guy who was working filling out papers, which I didnt expect. I had been down the road at Lynnwood Motorsports only a few minutes prior and picked out a full gear set but I felt pushed into buying gear that I didnt want. My only regret is that they dont carry the bike that I want. (Although their smokey point location does and they offered to ship it down for free!) Great customer service, fun, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they had all the right gear for me. (including the specific jacket I wanted that the other guys down the road told me cost over 500 dollars and that it doesnt even have pads (just the "look" of a racing jacket)) I will be going back!

I have purchased two beautiful bikes here. The buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. I say surprisingly because in the past, I have had horrible experiences with Motorcycle dealerships on the sales side. Triumph Seattle made it painless. The team is knowledgable, and helpful. Yes, I had some glitches in the process. But, the team bent over backwards to make everything perfect. Service team: A+. Yes, they are busy, for good reason: they do a great job for a fair price. Parts team: A+. Im picky! I want what I want and I want help deciding what I want ;). They do an impeccable job. Great selection of...everything. If you are in market for a bike, new or used, or if you require service on existing bike/s and if you just want more toys for your bike; shop Triumph Seattle.

I live in Vancouver, WA and bought a bike long distance, sight unseen from this dealership. The salesman was Andy and the Sales Manager was Joey. Andy described the bike to me and answered all of my questions. I negotiated the deal with Joey. Both of these guys were polite and professional and very eager to please. They held the bike for me until I could pick it up a week later. It was everything they said it was and there were no surprises. I was very pleased with everything except it took FOREVER to complete the transaction (about two hours for a cash sale). The bike was checked out by the service department, all the fluids topped off and a full tank of gas before I took possession. If you want to buy a bike, ask for Andy.

Bought a used street triple from these guys. They were great to deal with. When I used their service department to put winter tires on the bike, they really stepped up. Good price on the tires, they got it done on a Saturday, they set the tire pressure nice and low for me on my nasty wintry night ride home. I had a dead battery and was stranded, they came by with a truck and towed me into the shop. They didnt charge me for the battery because I bought the bike from them recently. They didnt need to do that, it was not under warranty. These guys are awesome.

Just purchased a used ST1300 from Triumph of Seattle and let me tell you I was mighty impressed. In addition to the bike being thoroughly checked out and prepared all the guys from Garrett the General Manager, Todd my Sales Consultant, Rich and the Service Department, I can understand why people love this friendly dealership - 5 out of 5 stars from me. If your thinking of purchasing a new or used Triumph, KTM or used bike, theyre the best, call them, better still go down and check out their range of bikes, youll be happy you did.

I have been around town looking for gear that fits me, getting shown the door at most shops (particularly Harley stores). Im 66", and the search has certainly been challenging - enter Triumph of Seattle. Kim is the woman youll want to talk to. She took the time, effort, and patience to help me out, and always with a smile on her face and a healthy dose of sarcasm in her attitude. I walked out with all the gear I need right now. Thats how you earn business and customers! Thank you Kim and Triumph of Seattle!
