UPDATE: I figured the issue with this UPS Store!!! *** Original review: I always wondered - why everyone at this UPS Store has to be so rude as nowhere else in the area?! Well, I am not going to investigate this any further - I am tired of this rudeness and quitting my attempts to make friendly connections. Due to the nature of my work since 2010 I dropped off few hundreds of prepaid UPS packages in Marysville, Lynnwood, Redmond, Bellevue and Tukwila (yep, thats the geography of my customer base) and no one there gave me any troubles. Shoreline UPS store is the closest to my home and Ive been here 15-20 times in the same amount of time; today was my last time here - as a customer Ive never gotten that much rudeness in one visit. Its the ONLY one UPS store I avoid, so youre on the top of that list... My advice to you - save yourself a day, please go to other UPS Store. *** UPDATE: This review was written almost three years ago and today I checked back to see if anything have changed. Nope, rudeness is still in the air... I drop one star off of my original two-star review. To the Common Sense reviewer who thinks I demand to be treated like a KING for FREE - you are wrong, sir or madam. All Im asking of employees at this place is to treat me like a human being, and not like some sort of faceless unwelcomed disturbance. I understand that you packed and shipped your packages there and so you received KINGs service - thus the five star review. How about us, people who ship prepaid packages for living? The issue with this UPS store is that in the eyes of this UPS store owner we are not customers, but COMPETITION because we pack the boxes ourselves, so ALL EMPLOYEES treat us like piece of garbage (I havent met a nice person here; if you exist - I apologize for generalizing). Think about it - more than half reviewers here gave this place only one or two star reviews; I truly hope you notice the pattern of rudeness employees have exhibited toward many customers who chose to pack their packages themselves. I, again, strongly encourage everyone to go to some other UPS store as a ruined day doesnt worth those few minutes or a couple of miles you may be saving by going to this UPS store. Unless, of course, youre packing your packages here. In that case you may (or may not) receive KINGs service... *** To The UPS Store (Owner): I wholeheartedly and genuinely wish your store to go out of business. Amen. *** To the Common Sense reviewer: for all we know you could be the owner (or an employee) of this store in disguise leaving glowing reviews for your very own business. Again, more than half reviewers here are unhappy or very unhappy with this UPS Store. The fact that your subjective experience was good doesnt mean that it is always like that. My subjective experience over a couple of years was horrible enough to wish that this business would close its doors. Amen.

Ive used this UPS store location a couple of times now to send 6 or 7 boxes at a time across the country. The guy was helpful getting the boxes out of my car and into the store. Very efficient in processing my packages. I received a receipt with each tracking number and was able to check progress. No problems at all. ****UPDATE**** SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 5TH Looked up the hours for this store. Saturday hours are listed as open until 5pm. I arrived just after 3pm. I told the guy at the counter (young, blonde guy) that I have some things to mail and I need a hand-truck. He said they close at 3pm. I glanced at the clock it was 3 after 3. I said ..oh, the website shows 5pm. He asked how many boxes and I said a medium sized box, a smaller box and some artwork that is unpacked. He said go ahead and bring them in...I said (again) that I need a hand-truck. So I bring in the stuff. Then I get a speech about how I addressed my labels..."UPS doesnt deliver to PO Boxes" I said yes I know. I also have the street address on the label and Ive brought many packages addressed this way and have had no problems, I said. So he goes through the routine...now, one thing he didnt do is tell me that anything that is valued over $100 for insurance coverage costs extra. Luckily, I already knew this. One thing I noticed, he never closed up the store. In retail, Ive had the experience where if Im in a store around closing time, the person behind the counter will close up while helping me, then let me out and lock up again when I leave. This young blonde guy just leaves the place open and after I left, he didnt follow me to lock up. I even sat in my car to use my phone for about 15 minutes and he still didnt lock up. I think he was lazy and didnt want to assist me. At one point, he told me the boxes wouldnt leave the store until Tuesday as if to discourage me from staying to conduct my business. All I can say is that artwork better arrive unscathed. My previous review stands. The other guy there who is older is friendly and energetic..he always gets 5 stars IMO. This young blonde guy is a jerk and should find a different job. The best part of my experience Saturday the 5th? The jazz that was playing on the radio.

This is the worst and the most expensive UPS store in the world, and also the guy that works there has the worst attitude and customer service ever. I hate going to this store, this store puts UPS business to the worse. What I hate the most is that the male person working in store always refuses to give me my receipt after I am doing business in the store. I have to argue with him about the receipt. I stopped at the store this morning and even before I came inside my blood pressure went up just when I thought about that idiot working inside, I knew that he will refuse to give me a receipt. I came inside to drop off few UPS packages. He told me to leave them on the floor and that I am free to go. I looked at him and replied of course that I am free to go whenever I want, but before I go I would like a receipt that you received my packages for UPS shipment. He told that they do not give receipt for that and that I have the tracking number to check about my packages. That is not the same I replied, I want a receipt that I was here and that you have boxes in possession for further UPS processing. He ignored me, and told me again to check my UPS tracking number. When I asked again for receipt he wrote down my UPS tracking number. I believe that this is even illegal in state of WA. Businesses must provide customers with the receipt no matter what. This guy is just unbelievable. Week ago I stopped to send a fax, single page, to local number, he charged me $5.40 for that service, did not provide me with receipt again, instead just gave me confirmation page as my proof of purchase, which is not the same. Today I went to FedEx store, few miles up the road, and sent the same fax for $1.27. Stay away from this UPS store, and I hope that someone from UPS company will investigate this sick UPS store. I do business with other UPS stores and never, never had a single problem, especially with receiving my receipts.
