Ive had several pieces of art framed at the Shoreline location. Among others, Ricardo is a wonderful framer, and if something isnt just how I wanted it, they will fix that at no cost. Thats a user friendly way to do business, and it keeps me going back and highly recommending it to friends and family. I also appreciate the various specials they have around holiday times ... any holiday. My last one was a Columbus Day discount. : ) Great place and helpful employees.

Arrived about an hour before closing. The store was empty, but the young woman working the desk was very helpful, letting me un-package a frame to see if the painting I brought with me fit. Was out within 15 minutes with the frame I wanted.
