I did some of my Christmas shopping at JCP and earned a $15 store credit as a store promotion, to be used by the end of the year. Tonight, I purchased over $100 worth of goods, and asked the sales cashier whether she applied the $15 credit. She said "yes," and took the slip. When I got home, I noticed that she did NOT deduct the $15. ...Even though I asked her right before the new charge! I called the store, and was eventually told that Id have to make another trip into the store to get it straightened out. I am now waiting for a return call from "Shane," the store manager, because I dont think that I should have to make another trip to the store because of THEIR error, when they ought to simply credit my Penney credit card that I used for the purchase! I was also told that there was no way I could leave Shane a voicemail, but when I called back and entered his extension number, it went right to his voicemail! I will admit that they do have good sales, but the "hassle factor" is through the roof. Ive been shorted $15, and if Shane cant help me, Ill simply dispute $15 of the charge through the credit company.

after knowing Bellevue Square Mall doesnt have J C Penney anymore had to drive all the way to North gate mall, we were looking for the curtains and a lady LORI came to help us I will have to say she is AWESOME, she was very patience , helpful , cooperative, she was very helpful until we decided the color, number of curtains and payment . Overall I had very good experience with LORI , JC PENNEY, it was worth drive from Redmond to Northgate. I do all my shopping at jc penny. Thanks to J C PENNY and also LORI

JCPenney was doing a promotional where they gave out coupons and they are usually given out at the salon. We went into the salon and the person at the salon told us to go to the mens department to get the coupons. When we got to the mens department they said that they were giving them out at the salon. We headed back to the salon and they finally gave us a straight answer and said that they were out. We were very annoyed since they could have been straightforward and told us that they were out.

Absolute worst return policy of any major retailer. If someone buys you a gift here, make sure you ask for the receipt... Even if you just want to exchange for a different size or get store credit. I cant believe this is the 21st century and they cant look up transactions by scanning a tag. They do have good deals but the lack of customer service leaves me wanting time and time again. This location is in a forgotten corner of the mall, so you might miss it.

Half of the employees have no idea what they are doing and the other half need training to help them help customers when they need it. The constant sales give the impression you are getting a good deal, but the sales only bring the prices down to about the norm for the market they are trying to reach.

i went to jcppenny for my order pick up yesterday .They canceled my order and they wait me on hold for hours plus the customer service was so rude he didnt even apologize so disappointed with his service. i would have given that asian american guy a negative star if i could have the option

I met Nicole when she was working at Regis and I followed her over to the JC Penney salon in the Northgate mall. She is AMAZING!!!!! I would follow her anywhere. She really knows her craft and does it well. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hairdresser in Seattle.

My favorite place to shop....very reasonable prices with an amazing wide selection in clothing and jewelry. A lot of middle of the road items, but if you hit the store at the right time they have some very trendy, one of kind items for very inexpensive prices!

Terrible staff...when I asked where an item was, they kept directing me to different departments, not caring to look. I was directed in loops until they pointed me back to the salon. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

JCPenneys has decent prices and a good variety of sizes and styles. I prefer shopping online with them though because check out can be a bit of a pain (to find someone actually at a checkout counter).

Weather is good place and its nice and relaxing and theres a lot of things going on here and Northgate at Smith the meal is only like $6.49
