Never, never, never, ever shop here. I dont know If its the employees or the manager telling them this but Ive been going to that store for many years now and it seems like everytime I go in there these people always lie and make up laws. I tried to buy a T rated game when I was 16 and they told me I couldnt legally buy a game unless Im 18 regardless of the rating. I drove up to the gamestop in Alderwood and they said that that was not a rule and let me buy the same game there so these guys "F" with people all the time. They are terrible never go here. There are other gamestops nearby that are much better.

The knowledgeable staff gets wrapped up in private conversation and become unavailable to assist customers. Which is made even worse when one of the customers tries to butt in intentionally to ask for a recommendation between two games. Its a video game store very small at that. But they do have the collectors edition even after the game has been out for a while so this place is a good one to check if youre still looking for whatever reason.

I generally try to avoid shopping at Gamestop when I can help it, but the staff here was great! They were extremely nice and helpful - and very patient, considering I called once or twice a day while I was trying to track down a new 3DS! I really appreciated being able to talk to someone on the phone usually right away instead of being put on hold. Thank you, Michael (and other staff member whose name I didnt get)!

This gamestop always has the best collectables. I can always find my Funko Pop figures here. David and his team are always willing to get things sent to their store from another store to help he out, as well. Another thing, just found out that I can use trades towards my pre-order Pops! How awesome is that!?

This location is great. All the people there have awesome attitudes and are very knowledgeable about the games. They are happy to work with you if there is any problem or questions on policy. GoGreat place to do business. They dont have any ps2 or gamecube or xbox tho.
