The employees there are ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. Ive NEVER had a bad experience. I now know a lot of them on a first name basis. I recently had Cervical Spine surgery and they know its difficult for me and Dave or Lucian ALWAYS offer to take my groceries to my car. They go above and beyond. There is also Justin, Richard, and Tally that work the registers and are always so friendly. They have great selections of meats in there deli and there hot Chinese food IS TO DIE FOR. I walked in and past the checkstands to find a man detained by two police officers. His crime: stealing fruit. I told my checker that it is a shame when we arrest people for stealing FOOD. The checker said that he was arrested for something else. He explained that people who steal food usually just get a no trespass warning. I said "but you still call the police when they steal food." The checker nodded yes. Its a sad day when we arrest people for being hungry and desperate. Im not patronizing Safeway anymore.

Nearest Safeway to my house so I shop here all the time. I have had only one issue and its when a cashier put pasta sauce on the bottom of the bag. The bag broke over concrete and the sauce had perished and covered itself all over other items in the bag. When I brought it up the next visit. They apologized and gave me a new jar of pasta. Plus I have basically made friends with some of the staff since I visit so much. So I really like it here.

All I have you say is.. I was a lifetime Safeway shopper, along with parents and grandparents... That all stopped once we encountered this particular Safeway... It literally ruined it for us. None of us no longer shop at ANY Safeway because of the rude, disrespectful employees that are too busy throwing trash at each other (playing football with garbage) than helping customers. Made us feel like we were intruding on their game night...

I have been shopping at this safeway for some time and its become my local store. Everyone is always so helpful and professional. Ive noticed a new employee in produce, I think her name is Cinthia spelt with an "S", anyway, the other day I was having trouble trying to put together a last minute function and she helped me locate most of the items on my list and was very warm and cheerful. I will continue to shop here.

Its been a few time i came to the deli there and Ive always disappointed with the service, today i came there, the two people in there just ignore me. I was going to buy their breakfast sandwich. I am truely annoyed with the two people there. I was standing there and I know that those people saw me, but they just went inside the kitchen area. They need to train their employees to be more professional.

It is clean, friendly, helpful employees...prices are good, pharmacy was very quick and informative and Neal and Justin have sharpened this store up...the prepared foods were fresh and not dried out...I am a return customer...tired of over priced foods at Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market and the elitist shoppers that patronize them...Safeway,..Thank You. Horrible customer service. Standed in line for over 10 minutes and there were a lot more people in line and they never said Ill be right with you. They dont give accurate information very rude. One lady never smiles and talks to you like shes better than you and like shes bothered to work and assist you. Nothing beets the Safeway in Lake Stevens. Bad customer service

Never enough cashiers. The ones that do work there are very nice, though. Carin in customer service always seems to be in the little office and people have to stand there and wait for awhile for her to notice that someone needs help. Or you have to ask the cashiers where the customer service person is. The prices at Safeway are getting to be as bad as QFC.

If you are disabled then this place may not be for you. They have about 12 parking spaces in the front of the store but they only alloted 3 spaces for Disabled Drivers. I talked to the manager before but he said that there was nothing he could do. I would give them 5 stars if they convert all the front parking spaces to Disabled parking as it should be.

I can find the things Im looking for and the staff are nice. But i cannot stand that they allow their employees to smoke out the entrance/exit the customers go through. Its completely disgusting and rude!

5:58pm on a Friday night....no butcher to sell fresh meat and seafood? Ive been standing here so long I wrote a review while waiting. Chicken breast looks really dry. Long lines as always at Safeway.
