Estoy muy en desacuerdo x que la señora morena de uñas largas me me izo de menos yo no soy d acá pero tengo mis papeles en orden y la mujer es Racista x que me trato mal y yo puedo demandar x discrimination es la única morena que tiene las uñas más largas que e visto x esa Razón ya no visitare más ese lugar está lleno de Racistas

This is my local Safeway. I shop here out of convenience but it would not normally be my go-to store. The deli is usually under-staffed and the deli manager is super strict with food portions. The selection is OK but they seem to move everything around every few months. The freezers have broken down twice in the past year, and they threw all the food away. The parking lot is a nightmare and not laid out well. This Safeway is in need of an update and new management.

Just like any normal Safeway the price is always mid/high but the selection is always bringing me back to this grocery chain. The stores are always clean and well organized. Though we did find product that had been sitting on their shelf long enough to gain dust we will continue to come back when in the area. The store though nestled on a busy street is easy to find through navigation. The staff was not too eager to help they were in the bustle of work.

Been a Safeway Club Card member since inception so I have shopped at many Safeways throughout the SF Bay Area. This one is old, not very friendly (except at checkout - I do not pay at the self-checkout as matter of principle). I shop less and less here because I shop elsewhere because of price and better, fresher selection elsewhere. I average about once a month now for basics. Im just not into this particular Safeway if I can help it.

employees are very rude and they dont help customers. is extremely hard to get any assistance. the diary section is constantly out of store. If i need yogurt or cheese I definitely skip this store. lines are always full, your best bet is self checkout. the bight highlight of the store is the wine selection and one of the employees by the name of Mary. shes the only friendly associate I ever seen at that store.

Parking generally easy but can be a bit of a mess because the entrance and main road is narrow. Have seen police here several times because of panhandlers and crime inside. Was here once and woman had her purse taken from her cart. This safeway doesnt have as much stuff as other newer safeways. Always a line at the register even at 11pm. But clean overall and the regular cashiers are friendly.

I used to work at this Safeway in the produce section and there were some products that were expired and some of them were rotten. The first days I work in this store the manager told me to put the old products first and the new ones in the back of the self. I recommend to not buy any produce products in this Safeway too expensive and expired.

I dont think Ive ever been treated so rudely. I was in the express lane buying one item. The clerk, a female, didnt greet me and when it was time to pay was very impatient. It seemed I wasnt sliding my debit card fast enough or something. Ive been a Safeway customer for 30 plus years and have never been treated so rudely.

Its nice that its open 24hours for you late shoppers! I would have given it 5 stars but I went to the deli one day and the person made the most sloppy sandwich ever. Not only was the sandwich made horribly it was also wrapped horribly as well, but it opened up in my bag and fell apart. What a waste of time and money

This particular Safeway was a terrible experience for me. For one, there are usually homeless people outside the store, which is not bad, except that some of them are naggy and keep asking for food or money. Whats worse is that a lot of the produce is not fresh. I one got a rotten banana from the store.

Ordinary slightly small Safeway with great access to public transit (the ECR). Wish it had bulk section ... it doesnt. Also too many confused/distracted people clogging up the narrow aisles, but hey, the bus stop is adjacent to the parking lot. Plus one star!

Consistently out of advertised meat specials. They rarely have fried chicken breast when thighs and legs are on sale. You have to drive to the Burlingame store to get fried chicken breast in the eight piece fried chicken special.

I really dont like this location. The floor seem dirty and the over all store appearance isnt that good. Drive a couple more miles and go to the one at Howards st. Its much cleaner there and they have much more variety of products.

The heat lamps over roasted chicken dont need to be hot enough to cook my hand, just keep chicken warm. Your company should reconsider how hot those need to be, a childs hand could be permanently scarred by something that hot.

Convenient, as it is open 24-hours, but the service is not great. Had the self-checkout lane closed on me as I was in the middle of checking-out, I guess because the guy had to go on break... totally unacceptable service.

Old, disgustingly not clean. They need to remodel the place is older than my 37 year old son. I live in San Mateo but I go to the Safeway in Foster City people are nicer theres a larger variety and the aisles are wider.

No longer a 24 hour, good produce, good selection, Clean store, better Floral and bakery. Not as fast to scale up on opening additional registers when busy, as other Safeways such as Delaware x Peninsula.

24 hour Safeway branch which is really helpful. It is a bigger Safeway so I feel they have more grocery items, or more complete, as compared to their other branches. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Convenient. Open 24hrs. Long lines at night as there is often 1 register serving 10 people. Expired items are all over the place. Expired hummus, deodorant, suja...check the dates before you buy.

Always expect high prices on most items except the few items that are on sale for the week, and the sale items arent always the greatest. Usually higher prices than other food stores.

Its not that different from any other Safeway. It would be nicer if there were better bike lockup options. Its convenient to the highway though so its easy to hit on your way home.

It seems that the Safeway it does not have enough cashiers every time that I go there. Its usually only two or three cashiers out of 8 registers and the lines can get ridiculous.

Bad selection on a lot of foods that I can find and other Safeway locations. Service is good, which is the only reason Id give it three stars, otherwise Id give it two.
