While I was impressed with the prices of some groceries we purchased. They had expired vegan cheeses from months ago on shelves, they couldnt answer my questions about products they carry or even where to find certain items in this location. The staff at the deli counter was not very kind, and the lady in the check out stand got upset that I was 3 items over in the express 10 item lane, she had to point out " for future reference" rudely to me. I had my son with me, there was no one behind us but there was in other lanes. I figured to hurry up with him being 3 items over wouldnt be a big deal as the lane didnt have anyone behind us. But she counted 13 and had to rudely let me know it wasnt acceptable there. Update, my son is sick after we left there, we ate food and he played with the childrens toys in the play area. Im not sure if its what he ate, or if the toys were not clean, but he got sick not to long after we left there. We will never return to this store again.

Went in for a coffee. The man at the counter didnt look up or say anything to me, making me wonder if they were actually open. I asked and he responded that he was making coffee, so yes, and continued what he was doing. A young lady came up to take my order a few moments later, and at first I was relieved. But the coffee was terrible, and she didnt stir the white chocolate with the hot espresso at all, because my first sip was basically just a chunk of white chocolate powder, and since its an iced espresso it was now too cold to mix it well enough. I was not impressed with this experience - as a retail worker myself, at a company that places a really high value on both customer and employee happiness, it was very disappointing to go through that. I had too throw away a $5 cup of coffee and go to Starbucks on my break. Im going to be honest and say Im not likely to shop here again.

I only shop here about once a month but I have had it. I went through the express lane, did a quick count of my groceries and knew I was close but thought I was on the 12 mark and there was nobody behind me. Well, the cashier was pretty snide in telling me for future use it was an express lane and I needed to keep the numbers down. I told her I thought I was under. I went to my car and counted, I had 13 items, ONE over the max. On top of her making me feel small for a moment, she reminded me why I dont like the place. I have other options and will not give them my business. Who literally counts? I also ordered a cake there in August and they totally screwed it up, wrong size and no decoration (it was supposed to be pirate theme for my sons 4th birthday). They were so nice after the screw up I gave them a pass but this is it.

My wife and I have been shopping at this particular Whole Foods for at least two years. Im not sure how weve put up with it so long. EVERY SINGLE TIME we shop at this location we always have to make a second stop at another grocery store because they cannot seem to keep stuff stocked. Often times it is simple things like a regular onion. One thing for certain, do not come here for French Roast coffee, because 9/10 times they are out. I hate to leave this sort of review but boy it is so frustrating! Please do a better job of keeping your products in stock. Ive never had this problem anywhere else. In the meantime, my wife and I will be going elsewhere.

A typical pleasant Whole Foods. Except I noticed that the underside of all of the produce shelves on the "wet rack" were covered in white mold. When I mentioned it to the person who was working in produce, he said "I know" with a casual smile. I repeated it because I kind of expected him to say something else and he just stared at me with a smirk... Ill keep going back but I plan to let as many people know about it until they clean it properly and regularly like many other places do. The design of their shelves is poor and they shouldnt use baskets that are likely to harbor mold and bacteria.

A nice market to obtain healthier options... However, they are not very open on their stance about carrying GMO products. Recently went in there to seek non GMO corn on the cob... went to speak to a produce manager to see if they had any organic corn on the cob... Very vague answer by the produce manager. We were told that they are not 100% sure if their corn on the cob is non GMO ... But to their knowledge, the white sweet corn is normally not gmo... But they cant guarantee it. Okie dokey... GAH...

Whole foods market is really hit or miss. I was told they have a burrito bar. I wasnt too impressed with the lady who made my burrito. Her name was Maria. I asked her to change the gloves she wore after wipping them off with a towel that smelled like mop bucket. Im vegan and didnt want to get animal toxins contaminated in my burrito. She scoffed at me and said I always change my gloves. It was rather nasty. My burrito was mediocre which is why I gave it a 2 star rating.

* Great selection of vegan specialty items. * The staff is always super friendly and easy to deal with. * The prices of the specialty vegan items are less than other "normal" grocery stores. * Their 365 brand is a good deal and relatively cheap. * Good place to go to get a quick lunch, snack, or dinner. * The smell of the place is phenomenal! **** One draw back... it is easy to spend a lot of money here, but thats not really Whole Foods fault. ****

I like whole foods because it caters to people with food allergies like me but I find a lot of the products they market to my particular problems are high in sugar and I have sugar as my highest level allergy. So a lot of the products are not as healthy as you would think. Thank gosh I am now finding some items available at Albertsons, QFC, Rite Aid, etcetera too that have no sugar so I am finding whole foods needs a lot of improvement.

The meat market is fabulous! Got some fresh made burger patties and there was 3 different varieties to choose from, couldnt decide so got some of each and they were a hit at our family BBQ. Tried a t-bone another night, just a little salt and pepper, and this grass fed beef steak melted in our mouths! One huge steak fed the 2 of us, will definitely be getting another one for this summer grilling season
