Terrible experience at this store. They made me pay for $150 worth of equipment (2 phone covers and screen protectors) and according to them I was paying for the phones sales tax and the equipment was a "gift". I had to go online to find out that I was not supposed to pay for sales tax for a phone lease because the tax is paid in the monthly payment. When I went back to the store, they still stick to their story that I was actually paying for the phones sales tax, even though no tax was reported in the bills. After a lot of complaining, they took back the equipment and gave me a full refund, guess what, they didnt charge me the taxes afterwards. The manager was extremely rude and claimed that they do this to everyone, which I believe must be illegal and deceiving. Avoid this store at all costs.

I am so displeased with Sprint. Service has just gotten worse and others companies are charging less, so funny. Question, how long am I going to be displease before I switch phone providers.. SOON, very soon. If you are thinking of going with a cell phone company for the bay, then Sprint is a chose only if you want to be frustrated and have slower service than they will serve. Horrible and slow since Ive been here. Been in the bay since the beginning of jan 2014. I use a verizon ipad to get everyday internet and maps access. my sprint IPHONE is starting to get rarely used because again, the service is laggy, slow and far from what you will be sold. hope this honest opinion/review helps.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences in this store. If you can avoid it by all means do so. Long lines, untrained staff. Every customer rep can do only few things so instead of everyone being able to help customers when lines are long you end up waiting for a specific person who is "experienced" to deal with your specific request.

The wait at this store is consistently long. There is no such thing as a quick "in and out" here. Products are often not in stock. The display products are generally in very poor condition and often not charged. The staff seems indifferent. And, the parking spots at this location are uncomfortably narrow. Other than that, its a delight.

Forgot to mention, i cant even get sprint on the phone dialing 611, birthday was yesterday and cant even get any birthday wishes..... What a birthday...... so so annoyed......... says my phone numbers not in system.... had no problem taking all my money though. They even text me, how can they not have my phone number..... duhhhhhh

Worst service ever! I like sprint but this place sucks... avoid at all costs. Not only did they disregard my reservation but they also didnt have the phone which I had bought online that was supposed to be there. Seriously I wouldnt trust these guys with my phone or bill for that matter.

Thank you for keeping me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me to go somewhere else or buy a phone off of Craigslist. I cant tell if every plan you offer is outrageously complicated and restrictive or if youre all just completely incompetent. Past experiences have proven the latter.

AJ (a customer rep) was rude, unhelpful, snotty, & disrespectful. I have been a happy Sprint customer for 18 years, and never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. She shows how much she hates her job by her lousy attitude. I ended up leaving with my issue unsolved because of her.

i have had multiple bad experiences with this store. I had employees lie to me about the ability to transfer contacts. when i asked about phones they had know knowledge of any of my questions.

Theyre very good in attending your phone and plan issues. The only thing that I feel they can do is open the store an hour early at 9.00 am instead of 10.00 am.

Never even think about calling them cause they never answer. Dont go to the store unless you want to wait for 45 minutes. My advice. Go to a Verizon store.
