I came to this store looking to swap my services from Verizon due to the lack of data and the extreme prices of Verizon. I chose to try the AT&T unlimited plan which includes DirecTV and AT&T Wireless. The service for AT&T was great but I gotta say, I was not a fan of the DirecTV. It did not offer Pac12 network and also the guide and menu screen felt very outdated. (Like something from the 1990s) I was told by all the reps at the store that if I did not like the services, I would be allowed to return all my equipment (within 14 days) and I would be charge a flexed amount for the time I had the services. I understood that I would still have to pay for all the one time charges, and installment fees. After about 12 days I was not very happy with the DirecTV and my roommates were having a hard time adjusting to the outdated DirecTV menu and guide. I decided it was not for me, so I went back to return everything. When I got to the store, returning the AT&T wireless was a breeze, but when it came to the DirecTV, it was a whole different story. I was told by the reps there that I would be charge a $400+ early cancellation fee. I asked them why they would tell me that I had 14 days to try out my services and if I didnt like it, I would be able to return it with no penalties. The response I got was "Sorry, I didnt know DirecTV doesnt follow the 14 day return policy. You were told the wrong information, Ill make sure to tell the rest of my coworkers that DirecTV doesnt follow the same return policy as AT&T Wireless." I was furious. Not only did they tell me the wrong information when I got the service, but the rep that helped me acquire the service was no longer employed at this certain store. They basically told me since she was no longer employed there anymore, theres nothing they could do but file a corporate complaint. So I decided to follow up with a corporate complaint and I left all my information and billing information with the rep and he told me that he would get a hold of me once he hears back from corporate about my complaint within 3 business days. (Wednesday 11/16/2016) TWO WHOLE WEEKs pass and I still get no call back or response about my corporate complaint. The amount of professionalism and knowledge at this AT&T store is second to none. If you want to get AT&T or DirecTV, I HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO ANOTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER SO YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION and not be and afterthought just because the rep that helps, is no longer employed there. Nice people, but lack of knowledge of the return policies is very discouraging.

A few years ago I bought an Iphone from this dealer when it was located in a strip mall. I received my phone immediately, but when I synced it to my computer the phone freaked out and died. I brought the phone to the dealer, and they were completely unwilling to help me with my problem. I spent the next two days going from apple store to at&t dealer trying to get someone to replace my phone I had bought one day earlier. A week ago I bought an Iphone 6+ from the at&t retailer in my area. I found out that this was in fact the same authorized dealer that i had dealt with years ago. I figured since it was a new store, maybe they would do a better job at helping me, unfortunately I was too optimistic. I was told that my phone would be shipped within 1-3 weeks. After waiting a week and checking on the status of the order, I was told that my order had been pushed back by a month. They also gave me no indication that after that month expires that I would not be pushed back another month. I am tired of dealing with this dealer. This retailer (which is not a real AT&T store) was dishonest about shipping dates, now I am out four hundred dollars, and I have no idea when I am actually going to get a phone. Anyone reading this should stay as far away as possible from this store in order to avoid a great deal of frustration.

My husband and I currently have Verizon. We are looking to swap providers and Ive never had AT&T so I thought Id check it out. When we arrived at the store, there was only one employee who was helping another couple at the time. The employee never said hi or he would be with us in a moment. We sat with our 3 year old daughter waiting for quite some time. As we watched this couple laughing and watching videos with the employee instead of him doing his work he finally noticed we were actually there and came over. Not so great attitude. No smile, seemed irritated to help us. Trying to charge 210 for 2 lines and thats with no credit check. No thanks, we paId 180$ for 3 lines at Verizon, and thats with the monthly phone payments. Now down to 120$ for 3 lines now that the phones are paid off. Very bad service at this location. Id hope that other locations are a lot more friendly and know how to do their job. Will not be back here.

I have come to this store numerous times. They are friendly, but completely incompetent. Every time we have had an issue, they have given us incorrect information. The most recent transaction resulted in nearly 45 minutes of waiting for them to replace a broken phone. The one we chose was advertised in the store for $150. When they rang it up it was over $250. No manager was on duty to fix it, so we were told they would hold it for us, but we would need to come back. When we came back 2 days later, we were told that the higher price was correct and there was nothing they could do. This is the last time we will be coming to this store, and may be the last straw for our AT&T experience.

Pre ordered an iPhone 7 plus , but send me an I phone7, because the worker did some mistakes when I order it, then after recived the phone , I went to this store to return it, they told me I had to go to Alderwood mall att to return it, but after I went to the att, I was told actually I can just return it any post office. Come guys! If u dont know the right answer, just dont tell people. Definitely wont come this store again!

So so so nice and kind guys there, I visited here for asking At&t account and pin number which is for moving T moblie. Brandon checked and explained so kindly, I have not AT&T account but I have straight talks account which confused me. Now I can keep using my number, Thanks guys.

Bad service! I waited 35 minutes while 1 sales associate helped 1 customer buy 1 phone. Finally left! The associate never acknowledged we were there.
